Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Lake Ozark

I normally don’t write reviews, but my recent experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings deserves attention. After placing my order, I waited over 25 minutes for a simple plate of wings — no explanation, no check-in, just silence. When the food finally arrived, I was told the delay was due to the wings being made “extra crispy” — which I did in fact request.

Worse, the order came out with all drums, when the standard is a 5/5 split between flats and drums. I mentioned this to my server, and her response was, “I honestly nothing I can do once it hits the table.” That’s not just unhelpful — it’s unprofessional. I asked to speak to a manager, and was told he was “too busy” and on expo, so I guess customer concerns take a backseat.

To top it off, when I politely asked for a to-go box and my change, she returned with the change but never brought the box. After repeated issues and no accountability, I made the call to retract the tip and leave.

If you’re going to charge full price for slow service, wrong orders, and dismissive attitudes, at least train your staff to own their mistakes or show basic hospitality. I won’t be returning, and I suggest others consider the same until management improves how customers...

Waited 40 minutes for our sub-par food. My wife and I were seated promptly when we arrived. In addition, our order and drinks were all done in the first 10 minutes of being there. We then sat there and watched people get seated after us, order their food, and be served as we are still waiting to be served. Service was very lacking, and we felt ignored, especially when servers would walk by, look at us, and never stop.

Greeter walked by and finally noticed we were still waiting for our food. Food came out 10 minutes later after she went to find our waitress.

Food arrived and tasted like it was sitting under a heat lamp for a while. We took a few bites and had enough at that point.

We just walked up to the front, paid our bill , even though we didn't eat it, and left.

We have had great experiences and food at other locations we have been to, but this one makes you almost want to never go back to one again.

To start with we had a group of 8 at our table. Our server put in my order incorrectly so it took another 15 minutes to get my order delivered while the rest of the group were almost done with their dinner by the time I got served. Two in our group ordered a brisket/burger sandwich which turned out to be a burger only with no brisket meat. Got the manager over and got some lame excuse about how many ounces of brisket being "cooked down". As compensation for their errors they got 10%($1.30) off for something they didn't order and I received $.75 off for the inconvenience of a late delivery of my meal. The final insult from this establishment was no one offered an apology, not to mention reasonable compensation, other than bogus excuses for their errors.
