My experience with Susan Ebling, Hmmm, words really cannot describe it. I’m not one to do a lot of reviews, but in this case it is necessary to take the time and get this out there. Susan is by far the Best Realtor we have had. Susan had the knowledge that was needed to find what we wanted. We wanted a peaceful Ranch Retreat, and we wanted it near the heart of Osage Beach. Stunned and Surprised, Susan found us the most peaceful 243 acre Ranch Retreat we could ever ask for. A life long dream to own a Ranch Retreat, where we don’t hear or see cars, boats, lights, noise, all the distractions of life just melt away on the Ranch. Now the kicker is, it is only 3.5 miles, as the crow flies, from the heart of Osage Beach. So location, location, location, was always key as well. Oh, and there is always a snag along the way of purchasing, right? Well it came up, and it had nothing to do with us, Susan, or the Seller. It was one of those entities that everyone tries to make sure they are up to speed, and won’t interfere with closing, but one always does. This one was serious, and out of our hands, I thought we lost it. It was the week of closing, and I called Susan, asking her how bad this was going to be, without going into details, she had it fixed that day, we closed on time. It was stunning how she worked to get it back on track and closed, as I thought it was time to move on and look for something else. Susan Ebling is just an outstanding realtor and a consummate professional. I found Susan by looking at realtors that had a long time in the business, were selling a lot of luxury homes and knew the lake area extremely well, she fit all three. I told my wife after speaking with two other realtors that I felt Susan was the perfect fit, after all, we were purchasing a lake home on a lake we had never visited and we live in another state. Susan was wonderful, she was patient but knowledgeable and professional the entire time. She spent time finding out what we were looking for as well as our budget and specific needs, then she began to send us homes that fit our profile. She was never too busy to answer questions or offer guidance, her knowledge of the lake, the area and the overall housing market was priceless. A number of times we got off the beaten path looking at properties and Susan carefully guided us back, letting us know about the pitfalls involved. This was incredibly helpful because as I mentioned, we are just learning about the lake and things can look great in pictures but be a whole different ball game when you actually get there. She was also instrumental in helping us meet a great contractor, handyman, painter and other people that will help take care of our home since we are just there during the summer.
