My wife and I came in for a quick bite to eat for dinner this place is the upmost disgusting filthy place I have ever seen. All of the employees are a bunch of sassy no disciplined teenagers running the place one of them had SEVERAL hickeys all over her neck like it’s something attractive to show off. The entire kitchen was filthy looks like they don’t care about health code violations and instead only care about chit chatting with their friends serving unqualified food that doesn’t meet health code standards. Every single table was filthy and the floors were just as bad if not worse. The soda dispenser was horrendous I had to go up to the counter and actually say something then when I sat down one of the kids went over to the drink station and stared right at me and laughed and went and laughed with their friends I informed them that the health department will be coming for a visit due to the health code violations being very clear the establishment isn’t up to par. They all just looked at me and provided disrespectful attitude. I will be making a corporate call and a health department call to make sure these employees are gone and with hope better employees are working with better caring management. This is just horrible and embarrassing.

I originally pulled into the Wendy’s next door, but after waiting over five minutes in the drive-thru with no response and getting snapped at when I asked if I could order, I decided to cut my losses and head over to Taco Bell instead. Definitely the right call. I ordered a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, which is my go-to. It was hot, fresh, and exactly what I was craving. The outer gordita shell was soft and warm, while the crunchy taco inside gave it the perfect texture. The seasoned beef had plenty of flavor, and the spicy ranch sauce tied it all together. They didn’t skimp on ingredients, which I appreciated. The drive-thru here was much faster and smoother than the Wendy’s next door. The person taking my order was friendly and got everything right the first time. I was in and out pretty quickly, and the experience felt easy and efficient. The only thing keeping this from being a five-star review is a few minor details. The menu board was a little hard to read because it wasn’t lit very well, and I didn’t get any napkins or sauce in the bag, which is always a little annoying when you’re eating in the car. But those were small things in an otherwise solid visit.

I wish I could give this zero stars! My quesadilla wasn’t cut so I asked them how they would like me to cut it. They said don’t worry they will remake it (I just wanted a knife). By the time the people I was with finished eating and I still haven’t recieved the quesadilla mine was now cold. So I went up there again and asked for a knife to cut my cold quesadilla since they obviously weren’t going to remake it. (This means from walking from the counter to the back they “forgot”) That wasn’t even the worst part. We wanted to sit inside and eat because they typically mess up our order and we have had to drive back way to many times that we now ONLY eat inside where we can go get our order fixed. EVERY SINGLE TABLE AND THE FLOOR was covered in nasty leftover food crumbs and sticky gunk. We had to clean our own table. We are both disgusted and disappointed!

This place claims to be open until 3am but in reality nobody on the night staff feels like working after 10pm.

I know this because I am a evening shift worker around the Lake and Taco Bell is the ONLY food place "open" late at night that constantly does this.

Just a couple examples...Even after being told to wait "25 minutes" because the "system went down." 30 minutes later...I get told "it'll be 30 more minutes" and at that rate that just wraps up the whole story...and I am extremely fed up with this evening staff nonsense. Most of the time they will deny customers because they are "understaffed" but 5 minutes later you'll see a few of the "understaffed" with drive-thru headsets on hanging out in the parking lot by their cars smoking their vapes.

I honestly don't blame the many cars that drive through Taco Bell at night [after being denied service] just go straight to Wendy's where they're treated much better and actually receive their food in decent time. I just feel bad how much business Taco Bell misses out on at night because it is very way more than you would think with this day in age.

I wouldn't recommend this store specifically and I haven't even mentioned the food as the staff does not prioritize getting your order correct at all. Even when I do receive my food (during the day time on a day off), there's always an error or something missing from my order. And then they get too busy to even help you in store to fix the mistake.

All I honestly wish is that for the staff at this location to at least care about your job, especially at night. And I understand it being the Lake of the Ozarks, you're not gonna have much around late at night for food especially during the week, but the hours posted here for Taco Bell are just a...

Some friends have told my boyfriend and I about their terrible experiences with this store. One of them just got food poisoning from this location but she is also pregnant so that may be a factor. However, my boyfriend and I get food here ALL the time and have never had these terrible experiences that the other reviews mention. I think some of the other reviews are from people who are very impatient and don't have an ounce of sympathy for the fast food workers who are trying their best with the little staff they have. I will say though, we're never there late at night, we often stop by between 6-7pm after work and never have the issues everyone else is talking about. Sometimes there's a long wait, but you can't expect a shortstaffed location to bring your food to you both quickly and with no imperfections. We are always very patient and kind with them, and I think that helps. I think the worst thing we've encountered is their freezes being on defrost or the freeze machine being down, but it's not the end of the world. They always ask if there's anything else we'd like in that case. The one manager can be rough around the edges and cold, but you would be too if there were reviews (and probably comments at the store itself) mentioning being cross-eyed. I think she is familiar enough with me/us that she is usually nice and can crack a joke at the window on occasions. Kindness goes a long way, people! Point is— be kind, be patient with fast food workers. And I guess just don't go late at night? Side note: I almost always order...

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. I have never had this bad of an experience at this store and it just blew my mind. I just went through the drive thru with my husband and they were a little busy (I understand completely that being a food server is stressful a lot of the time. Trust me I worked at Andy’s for 2 years) but this was all uncalled for. We weren’t even all the way up to the speaker yet and the lady taking orders was already rude. We couldn’t even read the board yet because we were so far back but she continuously asked us to order and got much more rude each time. Then once I said what we wanted to order she was rude and being very short. Then when we got to the window she handed me the drinks and one was filled at least an inch from the top so I handed it back and said it was full (being nice) and she jerked it back and filled it then slung my receipt and debit card at me and slammed the window. When she handed my food to me I simply asked her what her name was then she yelled have a good night and slammed the window again.

This is the Osage Beach store and this lady was in the black uniform like a manager which I hope she isn’t because that is a terrible way to be a manager and she had dark hair with a bobbed cut. I do not appreciate being disrespected when just trying to get food while I was being nice. This is all uncalled for and I hope something is...
