I set my brand new boat (less than a year old) in the water the first day of my week long trip to Lake of the Ozarks, only to have it die within 20 minutes... Got the cell number of the service manager (on his day off), and he was there before I could even get the boat to their dock. They let me store my trailer and car there for the week, and use their boat ramp, all at no charge. They even tried to fix an issue I was having with my car! In short, they treated me like I was their best customer and I didn't even buy my boat from them. Frankly, they treated me better than the shop where I did actually buy my boat... I wouldn't hesitate to buy a boat from them if I lived close enough, they carry great boats and have amazing service even to people they can't...
