Ever since Andy’s Frozen Custard opened, I’ve been coming back again and again, and for good reason. No matter how many times I visit, one thing remains constant, the Chocolate Concrete with Pecans.

This location needs a Manager that knows how to fix an issue I forgot my wallet at home and didn’t have a way of providing an actual card for payment but my Andy’s app since I had reloaded Andy’s account before I wanted to use it again and pay for my friend’s I wasn’t able to do so..after explaining numerous of employees that I always pay with my Andy’s mobile app with no issue I was told by a Manager on 06/23/2024 @2pm that there was no way of doing that at all making me look like if I didn’t know what I was pretty much talking about? Found that very rude..after explaining numerous of times that this was not my first time using the Andy’s app to pay for a simple ice cream and on how I done it before at this location,and other Andy’s locations Manager swear that there was no way that I could do that at all. it was such an inconvenience for me and my friend’s because I didn’t have a way of paying with either cash/card only my app! It was such an embarrassment felt discombobulated!! Luckily my friend had her card and we were able to cover the balance after such a headache with clueless employees! Andy’s please do better and train your employees the right way when it comes to handling payments with the mobile app!!Won’t be visiting this location at all anymore due to this issue happening two times...

Terrible customer service. Came here today excited to bring my daughters and husband. Ordered a Boot Daddy, the strawberry shortcake and 2 chocolate sundaes for my daughters. After paying we waited for a receipt and the cashier just walked away and started handing out stuff to other people. It wasn’t busy but we just went to wait like I guess no receipts… then she brought out out order and I noticed the sundaes were just a scoop of chocolate and no topping. So I asked her where their topping was she said I didn’t say which topping I wanted but she also didn’t ask me so I figured it would just come with chocolate. Then handed me back my Sunday and told me to pay again and walked away, Which I don’t know what I paid for already because we didn’t get a receipt so why am I paying again but I don’t like holding up line or anything so I just paid and left.
