Baby Burritos — Restaurant in Lake Township

This food was awful! I saw the cook preparing my baby burrito with his hands, no gloves! But, I was so hungry that I didn't care. That will not happen again! Was door dashing all day & had to eat! So I went to baby burrito on 81st & Pulaski! First of all, $13.95 is lot for a baby burrito, but I didn't trip on the price , as long as it was good! And I didn't care cause they're sign said autintic! OMG was I surprised? 2 customers in the store. I just thought it was slow, no it's the food. The steak burrito was half meat half grisall! Rojo, tastes old & bland same with the Verde! My 1st dry burrito. No seasoning for the steak. Hell, they could have added salt & pepper! I will never go again. Do not go here under any circumstances! Wasted my $14, threw away. Oh, I was waiting for the cashier, and she saw me but kept cleaning while I stood at the register. But, when a Mexican walked in, she took her order before mine. Told her, I was here first and you didn't even acknowledge me! She just kept on with the lady speaking Spanish. But, that's on me, I should have left! Would give them a 0, if that was...

The last 3 times I've ordered from here through Grubhub, I was always missing at least 1 item. The first time I ordered for delivery, I was missing an item. The 2nd time I ordered for pick up, I wanted to make sure that if I was missing an item I wouldn't have to wait for it to be delivered. I'm glad I did because sure enough, I was missing a dinner plate. Just ordered from them again today, through Grubhub, my food was delivered and once again I was missing a dinner plate. I also asked for an item without a topping & ended up receiving that topping.

When I called to let them know, the employee had no idea what to do, he had only been there for 3 days. Told me to come in to pick it up. I chose & paid a delivery fee for this exact reason, for it's convenience(what would've happened if I didn't have transportation there? Someone wouldn't have gotten a dinner that they ordered and paid for...?). Not to mention the last 2 times, the food has tastes bland & unseasoned. Lately they been rushing orders and messing up . The first time I called in my order for two steak fajita quesadillas. I picked up my order and when I got home I see that is two chicken quesadillas. So I called up there but of course they don’t offer delivery so I have to bring the food back. Not one I’m sorry not one let me ask something extra into your order nothing.

Last week I ordered a chimichanga and it was the most greasy sloppiest thing ever made. And when you picked it up it set at the bottom with a bunch of grease and lettuce.
