I ordered a steak bowl today, 11/26, at 6pm. I have avoided this location due to a previous experience in which my wife found a chicken bone in her bowl. Additionally, someone instructs the employees to oversalt their rice and meats. I don't know if this is a neuroticism or something, but nobody wants their order to taste like a block of salt. In other words, most Chipotle customers are not goats on a mountainside.
On this current order, I had the displeasure of discovering that the steak in my bowl was cold; even colder than the cheese and veggies. I called the location multiple times with no response. I've placed a complaint with Chipotle online and fortunately, they responded via email. I would still like to take the opportunity to grill (no pun intended) this store and its management.
This message is directed to the management of this location: Do you see how your parking lot is nearly empty during peak hours? Do you notice cars pile up across the street while you woefully keep up the "Now Open" sign? I suggest you do better, unless you genuinely don't care if the location shuts down. I'm sure upper management will respond well to...

They're under experienced for mobile orders and screw over the in house customers when the kitchen isn't resupplying the trays fast enough. Had a decent bowl yesterday but first flag was how little of black beans I got followed by another one scoop of steak. I've seen a trainer in countryside teach to scoop a couple times to pack at least one good scoop of meat and add a bit if it's still low. If seems the worker was trying to add as little as possible of proteins to get back to the two other big mobile orders. Same time a kid is taking near a minute to pull out one empty tray to refill. Last times I've been there, ingredients were always " out at the moment but back in about 10 minutes" . Now I see what leads up to that so blame the lack of training and management of those paid much more than the daily kids working here. Staff was packed, just lacking support which you could see to the grouchy faces being helpless . A young woman with glasses, between the ages of 18 and 25, served me, and I noticed a lack of professionalism in her response when I requested a standard portion size for my bowl. As a former employee at Chipotle, I am familiar with the proper serving practices, and I felt that the portion provided was insufficient.
Additionally, I observed that the serving bowls appeared unclean underneath, and the counters could benefit from a thorough cleaning. I believe that a review of the service standards and cleanliness in this location could enhance the overall customer experience. Thank you for considering this feedback.
This has become a recurring issue; the portion sizes at this location need to be improved. They throw everything away at the end of the day. Or do y'all...
