Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lake Township

Worst damn customer service. I ordered a medium hot coffee French vanilla flavor…pulled around to the window and she had a large ice coffee. I stated to her that I did not ordered that and she instantly became rude and disrespectful. She got mad because she messed up my order and was too damn lazy to make my hot coffee. She should’ve been apologetic and made me the correct order. I ask for her manager and she wouldn’t tell me but continue to argue so I got out my car and walked inside and requested to speak to a manager. She didn’t look my way or acknowledge the fact that I was upset. So one of the workers came to me and I ask him where is her manager and he said that she is the manager. Well isn’t that something? A manager that’s rude, not courteous and not Customer service friendly should not work with the public. I will definitely report her to corporate, they will receive my email complaint because that was totally unacceptable. And the guy that works overnights need to stop smoking weed around the food. I ordered two hash browns one early morning and he had the whole bag smelling like weed. I threw my food in the garbage. Hello- I’ve been a couple of times, DRIVE-THRU- just to make sure it wasn’t “just a bad day”. NOPE- now, I get to write an honest review. Morning times- RIDICULOUS: from the service(women at that- they are suppose to be welcoming-especially in a BLACK DOMINANT NEIGHBORHOOD) to the product. Night time- if the black man is there- GOOD service and product! If the other guy is present- he’s always saying they are out of coconut milk. Crazy, right? I walked into the store, and I saw the Mexican lady talking to the customer in the drive-thru. Then I saw her get a bag from the customer, then put the donuts 🍩 back on the rack with the other donuts 😳 so I said hey you're not supposed to do that"As a Culinarian myself, I couldn't believe that she had done that. With Covid-19 and other diseases, you don't know if that customer bites into those donuts or touches it or anything. Then you put it back on the rack with the other donuts instead of throwing it away. Shoot, you could have given it to the homeless man outside. If that's the case, you didn't want to waste it. But put it back on the shelf with the untouched donuts, which isn't despicable and just nasty. I'm never eating donuts from there again. I don't like wasting food either, but you have to think sanitary...
