i would of given 0 stars had i been able to but it doesnt let u!!! sometimes the service is good most other times its bad. i work a block away so we go there all the time. half the time they get the order wrong & when u go back to complain all they can say is im sorry instead of giving u a credit the next time u go in. i stopped going here for a couple months bcuz of the attitudes & mistakes but i had a taste for a turkey sausage & egg sandwich. there was a sign outside that said 3.99 sandwich & coffee i was like great my lucky day. when i tried to order it they told me they wernt honoring the special anymore. i had them get the mgr & she said same thing. i told her (some hispanic girl) that was false advertising & as long as the sign was there they had to honor it other wise its illegal not too!!!. i told her i was going to report them to lisa madigans office for false advertising & she said she didnt care & wasnt taking down the sign either. she didnt care all she was concerned about was getting me out of the drive thru. well i ordered my sandwich anyway & ask for no cheese on the sandwich. when i got to the office to eat it they gave me xtra cheese & no egg. (i think they did it on purpose cuz i was complaining about the false advertisement.) anyway i looked for the # on the receipt to call & complain & they dont list the # on their receipts, i went on line to look for the # found it & called it & its disconnected. i called info to get the # & theres no listing. i will nvr go back to this place again & will try & influence my employees not to go either. i red all the other reviews on this place & most r negative. they have had at least 5 diff mrgs & tons off employees in the year or so since they been open & they stil cant get it right!!!! maybe this is y so many off r american businesses r failing & y this country is in the shape its in bcuz people just dont...
Read moreI personally have not had a problem with this location. Therefore, I would give 2.5 stars if I could. However, just recently today, my mom experienced the lack of quality service as described by others while placing an order for me. My mom said the girl taking her order was talking with her coworker and paying minimal attention to my mom, and the following details make this evident.
My mom asked for an almond milk latte. My mom said she again confirmed whether it had almond milk at the window to which they responded with a lie straight to her face confirming it did. I know this was a lie because I always get almond milk and as soon as I tasted it, it did not taste right. Further, they gave her the drink without a straw, and without thanking her.
After my mom dropped off my drink and I discovered it was not correct (and missing a straw), I had to drive back to fix my order. The cherry on top for me was that they proceeded to charge me for the almond milk which was only missing because of their lack of attention. Customer Service 101: you do NOT charge a customer to rectify a mistake, especially one made by the company.
This experience has shown me their lack of training and respect they have for both the customers and for their own jobs. I will never understand why people go into positions that entail servicing customers to do just...
Read moreThey are terrible. I went to order a coffee I desperately needed. I was in line over 20 minutes but it was only me and one other person in the drive thru line. I ordered my coffee that's the only thing I ordered so it wasn't complicated but when I made it to the window the manager asked me again what I ordered. She looked like she didn't comprehend or she could of been rushing idk but when I started to hand her my money she completely walked off to attend to a customer in the store. Not only I thought that was rude but very rude inconsiderate and unprofessional. Given the neighborhood we were in you don't just walk away when someone is handing you cash and they are normally always under staffed and the wait time is horrible. Didn't even get my coffee.
