I have visited this location twice, and I have been met with rude and unacceptable service both times. During the first visit, my order was wrong, and I had to circle back around for the rest of my order.
The most recent visit was on Friday, February 23rd, at 4:30 pm using the drive-thru. I wanted to purchase four chocolate donuts and was told they had NO donuts at all despite it being only 4:30 pm and open 24 hours daily. The woman working the drive-thru was very rude and had an extreme attitude. She provided NO explanation as to how a store that majorly sells coffee and donuts had none that day.

Went to get a Medium Frozen Chocolate which I had been buying for 3 weeks straight and was told the price went up to $6.51 from $5.40. 1st my order didn't show on the drive thru board and I was told to drive up, at that point they gave me the new price of $6.51 saying the price changed. I asked when since it wasn't showing on the drive thru menu board and they didn't answer just kept saying it changed. I asked again when and stated I buy it every week and all they kept saying was the price went up and also the small went from up to $5.40 the usual price for the Medium.I just pulled off Very Disappointed and notified corporate. I went to this location and grabbed a few donuts for my kiddos and some hash browns for myself but unfortunately the hash browns were a bit burnt as soon as I took a bite out of it I noticed the chard taste. The man at the front wanted to argue and when I asked to take a picture he only gave me one bag. He said that he sells 100’s of hash browns a day and that how ppl like them over here….whatever that’s supposed to mean. I encouraged him to check out the Bronzeville location on 35th since he wanted suggestions and could adjust his oven. I asked for a refund since accommodations could not be made.
