Ho Ho Restaurant — Restaurant in Lake Township

So I went here one evening to grab food because I am a regular so how I know how the food is supposed taste. I get my food (beef and broccoli) and I knew right off bat that it was old. I tasted it and it was flavorless and not even hot as it usually is. I went back the next day and took it to them and the manager immediately started yelling and being rude when I all I asked for is a new batch. He told me not to come back. And started being racist saying I’m tired of you people over here. He didn’t even try to listen so I had to yell over him to get my point across. I ordered one of my favorites. Got home and the meat was not fresh, I called to let them know he told me to bring it back in which I did now I wasn’t going to reorder but I did order something else and while I waited one of the staffs starred me down as if I did something wrong but I let it go when my new order was done the guy came out and was trying to explain his self but insulted as he handed me my food I brushed it off because I mature enough to know that is the first thing someone does when they know their in the wrong and instead of him just simply apologizing he responds by insulting me I will never go back...

I have been going there since I was a teenager, when they was in the red building next to the bus terminal on 79th & halsted. Mrs. Kim & her husband has always appreciate their customers. The valve of the food is well worth the price. Placed a order and before I could give my name she would say ok angela your food would be ready in 10 minutes. Mrs. Kim & her husband went home and left the restaurant to family so that why there is a change in the food but its still good.
