JJ Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Lake Township

I didn't even want to give them 1 star but I guess it was necessary in order for me to write this review. I've only eaten from here twice. The first time I ordered something simple, some buffalo wings with ranch dressing. After holding a whole conversation about why I'd settle for ranch because they didn't have blue cheese... they still forgot to give me my ranch dressing. I let it slide. I called an order in on last night of which one was a small catfish all steaks. Even asked the order taker how many pieces come with the small and she told me 4. So I go to pick up order asked if they'd put lemon pepper on it (cashier said yes) and I even purchased Taffy grapes that they now carry. I get home open the small catfish ALL STEAKS dinner that I ordered only to find 2 small catfish steak pieces and about 3 deformed over fried hard as a rock pieces of catfish that aren't steaks. Also, the other order which was a tilapia and shrimp combo, did not have lemon pepper on it. Why is it so hard to get an order right 😑?? By the way, the taffy grapes weren't that good either. Cashier is so rude. 2/27/2019. At 6:20pm When I was placing order she mumbled and had a attitude so rude. I place my order. I for got to place the order for drinks I when back. She was like what do u want. I told her I for got my drink. I want to pay for them. She cream at me told me to go sit and wait. When my food be ready. She told the other girl who those this Arab think she is. When I got my food she was more rube talk loud her is your food. What sause you want. I told her hot and mild. And some tarter sauce please.. only gave me 2 pack of tartar sauce. I got a small catfish all steak and small jumbo shrimp I told her I need more than 2 if please she could give me more like 6 more pack and like it's a extra charge $1.50. I walked in and ordered 25 wings with fries. Next guy in line ordered 4 wings. Next person ordered a combo of wings and fish. The third person after me ordered 10 wings. I didn't say anything when 4 wings got his food. He was homeless. I asked if they forgot about me when the combo order for their food. I was assured that they didn't forget. When the 10 winds got their food, I asked how could 20 wings ordered after my 25 be ready before? I was told by the light skinned tatted cashier to calm down. I was calm. Probably to calm that they thought they could water my time. When I told her or didn't make sense for my fis to come after theirs, she told me they were call ins.
