It's usually a pleasant experience here, but TODAY was an exception. The line was expectedly long for the time of day, but it was moving quickly enough. The ordering went well, she was very pleasant during that process. However, when it was time to pay at the window, she changed.
She took my credit card and then asked me to pull around to the parking lot and they'd "bring out my CARD and food to my car". What??! Absolutely not leaving my card under any circumstances. She got angry, slammed the window after saying that I could just wait for everything at the window. Here's the punchline, she gave my card and food to me 1 min after all of that. So why would you even suggest that I leave my card and wait in the parking lot if it was only a min wait?!! That's sketchy. IF I return to this location, I'll only be using cash.

So after all the times I have bought food here specially at this restaurant I have t say my review goes to the manager and that skinny boy that has very bad customer service after he deleted my online order after he handed me part of my order to me so I bet he pushed the served button and got my order deleted and didn’t even make my order and him lying to the supposedly manager saying there was no order when I have proof on my phone and still the manager didn’t want to do my order and that boy that was there today at 4pm today September 16th shouldn’t be in contact with customer he has poor service specially when not being talked to and the manager didn’t want to provide a name witch is my right and he still in the back talking smack hopefully a real manager or the owner...

Downgrading dorm 3 star to 1 star for CLEANLINESS + surly unprofessional service received Monday, June 9th at 8:57pm CDT via the drive thru from a middle aged Black male.
Couldn't get any worse if they tried. ROACHES & creepy crawlers SEEN from the drive thru. Say something about and attitude is given so we left.
Paying online at this location is a gamble as they'll mark your order complete BEFORE you ever arrive but the health score should be revisited.
