Subway — Restaurant in Lake Township

Absolutely horrible service. I submitted an order for a footlong tuna meal that requested the Flatbread be toasted. I get there and see the Indian man toasting the bread and tuna. He cooked the tuna on the Flatbread. When I told him only the bread was to be toasted, he refused to correct the era. I explained to him that the ticket did not say toast the tuna. I have NEVER seen someone cook tuna fish at Subway. I again told him how to prepare my sandwich, and he refused, stating the tuna had to be toasted. I canceled my order. I also will NEVER return to this location. You should all think twice about supporting a business that doesn't know how to treat the people in the community they are supposed...

I placed a mobile order and when I went there my order wasn't even ready mind you I placed my order an hour prior. I asked the guy working there why it wasn't ready and on the mobile app it said it was and his response was "I just received the order if I want a refund to cancel it" (you can't cancel a order if it says ready on the app) I never received my refund, customer service is a joke as well. The worst experience ever. I will never go to this Subway again. The lady behind the counter was verry rude. She started to make my sandwich then stopped to take cash. She never took her gloves off. Then cam back and started to fix my sub. She never changed her gloves after she toched the cash. I told her that I didn't want it. So she took the stuff off my sub and put it back into the containers for the next person. If you do decide to go here do it as a risk...
