I absolutely love this location in my area! All of the staff members work very hard, know their products, and their services are a 10 out of 10 for me. They help with all of my gaming needs and everything else I need to get in the store. That includes games, gift cards, Pop Funko Dolls, merchandise, and more. I do wish the store could have more Yu-Gi-Oh cards available because I'm a competitive Yu-Gi-Oh player and would love to get my products their before I go to an OTS official tournament store, or TCGPlayer to get them. Other than that, I love this location. All of the employees deserve raises, promotions, higher pay, and more. So, the GS website is advertising the sale price as are all the other GS’s in that area, yet that location no longer offered it at that price. Then I asked why not just offer the sale price to me since I came for that game, and since all the other GS’s in the area still had it at that price. Then I was told by an employee some story about LP (Loss Prevention) questioning them if they’d give it to me for the sale price. I’ve worked retail and I know how LP works.
