Starbucks — Restaurant in Lake Township

I need to edit my review, After coming here and giving them chance after chance. Lately all my drinks have been made wrong. This is the ONLY location that messes up my drink. My money down the drain. Reached out to customer service and gave me a refund twice. I'll go out of my way and go to another location or DD which is not far from there. Either they are brewing the coffee wrong or the baristas need more training.

I gave this a 3 star review instead of 1 only because of the staff members. They are bombarded with drive-thru, in-store and mobile orders and they still manage to keep their composure and provide friendly customer service. Management needs to read these reviews and hire more baristas. They need 4 baristas In the morning and at least 3 when they have their half off bogo deals! It's not the baristas fault it's Management. Please provide them with more help and training. The service sucks 80% of the time. I always order from the app & they still make my drink wrong. Then have an attitude with you because you let them know that your order is incorrect. I had a young girl talk to me very rude & disrespectful. I had to check her & let her know I have a child your age & asked to speak to a manager & I called corporate on her. People work had for there money & people make a choice to come spend there hard earned money with the company. They need to show some respect. And they need training on how to...

I just want to say me and the wife usually grab a Starbucks from here every Thursday lol. Today may 22, around 6:30 ish. The person who served us had an attitude. The second I said, pickup her tone changed. Have never had that happen here before. The drinks were terrible. All strawberry base and ice. Like I didn't order more than ten minutes ahead. Asked for them to be remade and came out worse (they are supposed to be strawberry again with lemonade lol. No lemonade at all.) At that point I'll just take the drinks and a headache....
