La Michoacana — Restaurant in Lake Township

Would give zero stars if I could they are rude and unprofessional. So I ordered a yogurt with strawberries @12:30pm and when I received it I noticed my yogurt was watery. So I kindly requested for the waitress to exchange my order since I didn't eat it. She came off on the defense immediately mentions that she can't exchange it because that's how their yogurt is "Watery" I was shocked how rude she was and treated me I asked for my money back and I was denied that too. The lady in the light pink sweater with brassy brown hair with highlights shoulder length gave horrible service and took my money. Don't invest into this bussniess they treat their customers bad. I work in customer service and even I know the customer is always right and courtesy goes a long way when mistakes are made. She also denied me the ability to speak to the manager that says a lot about this lady please don't invest to this rude place go where they applicate their customers and appericate you enough to make up for your unsatisfaction.

Very bad Customer Service . I been there couple times but I will no longer be returning. I am tired of the workers looking unhappy to take care of the orders. I was thinking maybe they was having a bad day but I came to a conclusion this one lady just like that. When I have gone it’s empty of customers and when I walk in this lady gives me a vibe of she mad or annoyed that someone walk in. Like she don’t even want to work. Then when she asks if we want something else she gets mad that we still want more stuff. The last time I went I order a corn in a cup 🤮 it was more water then corn it look like I was eating a soup. I hope this lady changes her way of being because she really messing up the vibe to even want to order stuff or go there. I regret not knowing her name so maybe they can let her know...

Is this place under new management? Aside from the terrible service, the quality has really been awful. I went in for fresas con crema and 2 paletas, one nuez and one strawberry. The nuez molida had about 1 tsp on the bottom portion, little to nothing. The strawberry had no strawberry at the bottom. Both paletas lacked flavor and tasted completely different from my previous visits. Now the fresas con crema I would not recommend at all. It was like I was eating strawberries and flavorless whipped topping. The “crema” was whipped cream consistency throughout. It ended up in the trash.
