If i could give this place 0 stars I would. My uber passenger ordered an iced coffee for me around 11:45 on 12/24/2020 and I was given a poorly made drink (mostly cream with a splash of coffee). I asked the girl at the window if she could a little more coffee or remake the drink for me, not only fid she refuse, she tried to persuade me that she had already done me a favor by giving me “a large cup” instead of a medium (iced drinks come in a larger cup which I already know) and that it was already sealed.
Extremely dissatisfied, I dropped my passenger off and returned to the drive-thru and asked for a supervisor (Keona/Keyana) who i flagged down at the second window. She refused to come over to me and sent the same rude girl from before. When I told her that it was too much cream in my drink, she told me I needed to shake it, she then shook the drink sideways, partially splashing my car. Then when i told her i did not want that one and I would prefer that her supervisor made another one, she slammed the window shut and hurriedly made another one in a smaller cup with even less coffee while her supervisor watched nearby and didn’t say a word.
This facility needs more customer service training for certain. No, I don’t expect world class service from McDonalds employees, but I shouldn’t have to deal with micro aggressions or getting iced coffee dashed...
Read moreThe young lady that took my drive through order over the speaker & collected my money at the first window was as pleasant as pie! It wasn't until I reached the pick-up window when the issues began. Instead of completely opening the window, this worker decided she would squeeze my order and receipt through a barely cracked opening. So of course there was no communication of any sort... I spoke and asked how she was doing?... nothing.... I look at my receipt and I was charged for 2 cups of BBQ sauce. Granted it's only 50 cents but I did not ask for this. I raise the question and she keeps "What"ing & "Huh"ing. I asked if she could open the window more because she's obviously having trouble hearing me. She just stared at me through the window. I get that it's cold outside and everyone is trying their best to stay warm but are you kidding me?! I eventually just pulled off because at this point I'm needing to get to work. I just don't understand why good customer service is a rarity in fast food establishments. I've worked in retail & food service and I know first hand how terrible the paying public can be to service workers so I always try to be the complete opposite of the typical rude & impatient customer.... yet I'm still treated as if I forced them to fill out the job...
Read moreAwful from the drive thru to the windows. First no one is available to take orders in the dual lanes. When i finally ordered there was so much chaos going on, it was unbelievable. After i paid for the meal, i noticed some change was missing, so I tapped on the window to tell the cashier the change was incorrect, and she replied you want your pennies? I said yes (I've heard of people getting rich by embezzling pennies). The cashier said "we don't got no pennies, we're all out." A worker came up as if she was offended & reached into her pocket & said here's your pennies & through them on the ground. I told her this is bad service. I got to the window to get my food & there was so much chaos going on that the filler bagger literally held the soda in her hand while she was talking to her coworkers about how old some man was. Meanwhile, she was switching the soda from one hand to another & came to the window with the warm soda & the food was cold. I was so frustrated with this establishment, that when traveling., I would never pull into that establishment again. This place needs to be shut down, retrained & seek a hospitality class.
