This place is really unprofessional not only they don’t know how to treat customers but they don’t know how to treat there employees. I was at this place this morning 08/30/24 the cashier was the only one nice at this place and it was her first day working there too, she took my order and my experience with her was pleasant but as one worker was giving me my order I ask her why were prices on the mobile app different from the store and she responded I don’t know I can’t help you with that which I requested to speak with the manager on charge and when she came back her answer was she can’t talk to you because she is busy to deal with customers right now. Which I told her I want to talk to her she went to get her again and this time she came I ask her for her name and she told me her name was (Maria) I explained the situation and she told me I can’t answer to that question because I don’t use the mobile app and I don’t know how that work and I understand that part but as a manager they should be train or at least know how to talk to people but she was really rude and when I ask why she told her worker she was busy to talk to customers she try excusing her self by saying I thought it was someone that was asking for a job, even worse!. I told her that’s why as a manager you should be aware why a customer is asking for a manager before having the whole situation escalated. Then she was like I don’t have time for this give me your food I’m doing a refund you can go somewhere else. This will be my last time at this place I will make sure my family members and friends don’t go there either. AM crew no problem not even with the afternoon crew thery are awesome and get my order done right hot and fast(even my fresh cookies)..... but that night crew will have you waiting at least 30 minutes in that drive thru( one night it was 45 minutes waiting). and it isn't the managers faults because both that i have encountered are great people always willing to dive in and help the crew, but the employees that they have to deal with on that night crew are a fatality to that MCd's. after repeated wrong items or lack there of in my grandsons happy meal i decided to stay at the window and check everything, and that slow mfr on that second window was extremely rude and told me to get the hell out of the way and take my items and move already, that he wasn't stupid and that everything was in the bag( mind you i never said anything bad to him to deserve that response!!! i did, i moved and guess what the most important pieces to his happy meal were not in his box( crying toddler for hours that i had to deal with) his fries and his TOY!!! I went in happy, minding my own business I needed to use the restroom before ordering and the "manager" not only doesn't greed the people that getting her paid but she does not let me use it until I order. I asked nicely to use it because it is an emergency, not only is she not staring at me the whole time but then she starts yelling at me about their "policy". I asked to stop raising her voice and talk to me like the customer she is supposed to take care of. Then she turn around starts yelling saying I am a waist of her time and runs to the back.
