Nary's Grill & Pizza — Restaurant in Lake Township

When ordering for pick up, it’s usually around 29 minutes and delivery 1 hour. I called and was told it’s was busy so pick up would be twice as long. I changed my mind and they informed me it would be 1hr & 40 minutes which I was okay with. It’s the weekend. I waited 2 hours and asked for an update. They blamed me for not giving phone number when that should be their job. In occasions when I call for pick up for family they would always ask and know the address attached to number so idk what gives. I asked if the hotdogs could be remade since I don’t know how long they’ve been sitting out and I don’t want my youngest sibling to get sick. That cause me to wait another 1hr. Called again and was told yet again that I didn’t provide number. Driver had the wrong number and i never got a call. Driver was also at the wrong house and my neighbor was the one who noticed the car (neighborhood watch) since I told her about the interaction with Nary’s. Hotdogs were remade as I hoped. I was told that the pizza sauce was better but I wouldn’t know if the slightly warm pizza was any different.

NEVER BUY A BURGER FROM HERE, Nary's let me down, 🙁 I stopped by last Friday since it was one of the few restaurants on Archer that was open past 8 PM, What could go wrong, right? My Order was taken by a trainee who ended taking my order wrong and was overcharged. I order 2 Burgers and ended up with 3. After I was charge he release the disclosure that the food will take around 20 minutes, didn't have much choice at this point so I waited. Finally the food was ready and I was anxious to finally enjoy my food. I gave the first bite to the burger and it was ultimate disappointment the meat had no flavor whatsoever. I gave the burger 2 more bites and to my surprise it had bone Carthage that made my tooth hurt and felt like it broke. The burger's looked good but it tasted horrible. I’ve been ordering from this place for over 4 years and always enjoyed their food. Tonight, they lost a very loyal customer! Going through ups and downs with the pizza being really good one time to so so another time. I always chose Nary’s over the surrounding pizza places in Brighton Park. After a long day, I put in a order as usual and proactively 30 min before I got home. After being home for 30 more minutes, I call and was told it’s on the way. I waited another 30 minutes to be told the driver called after he hung up with me. I explained I had my phone in front of me and my family waiting patiently for dinner. I then asked for the inconvenience, can I get a percentage off or a free beverage or something since my pizza will be cold about time they come back (a few blocks away).
