I came to this restaurant yesterday at around 530pm. They had a sign on the door saying no gravy, no hot sauce, no fries, no coleslaw, etc. I had placed my order online so I knew I would have to substitute some items. Once inside, I hear them saying they only have red beans with no rice, the macaroni and cheese will be a long wait due to it needs to be thawed out, no large cups. A couple in the restaurant asked why were they even open, and the guy who stated he was the manager made a smart comment like because we have chicken and fries. The same couple asked if for the inconvenience they could just have certain pieces of chicken with their order. The male “manager” said no because they don’t have enough chicken. I thought that was poor customer service given the circumstances and the couple eventually asked for a refund. Also, they didn’t have any receipt paper available and made a comment about it takes 3-5 business days for refund to show up like that’s ok. It was just an unpleasant experience to witness from a restaurant who usually does pretty good. Thank you to the female employee who assisted me and was much more understanding but the male manager needs more training on how to handle...

Horrible customer service. I actually called to make sure my mobile drive thru order was ready before I left home. I was told that my order was ready. Got to the drive thru a young lady said I have to come in cause my order isn't ready yet. Told her I called and she said its store policy for all mobile orders to come in the restaurant if the lobby is open. I told her I picked drive thru not pick up. I called the store while in line, I was told I would have to come in and sign for my mobile order even though it was paid for. I asked to speak to a manager. Person I spoke to told me I would have to wait in line at the drive thru. DUH I informed the person that I was already in line and there were only three cars ahead of me. When it was my turn to pull up to the window, a hand came out of the window telling me to wait. When the hand gave me the signal to pull up, I gave my name and was handed my order with no "signature". I really try to patronize neighborhood businesses but its really...

This place needs to really, step up their cleaning game. Their just a skip from the health Dept. Failing them, depending on the health department standards. But to walk into an establishment and to see trash on the floor in the guest area as well as where the food is handled. Not Good at all, but what made me more upset was when I went to use the lavatory. Upon just getting to the door there was a mop bucket with standing dirty water with plenty of flies fighting for a spot. No literally there were so many flies that I felt like I stepped into the jungle. So here's the million dollar question to ask yourself where else are the flies flying...hince all around the store even back there with the food. The only reason why I give them 2 🌟 is because at least when I expressed my opinion, I wasn't met with any rudeness. They actually got right on top of things. This was my second time giving this restaurant a chance this month, and unfortunately, both experiences were extremely disappointing. The employees — including management — were very rude. Last night, I went to pick up an order but couldn’t recall the name I used. As I was pulling up the confirmation on my phone, the manager spoke to me in a very disrespectful tone. The situation quickly escalated after I addressed her behavior. The manager then threw the receipt at me and stated that she would neither serve me nor assist with a refund.This conduct is completely unacceptable. I intend to take further action regarding this incident. Although the manager refused to provide her name, I do have a photo of her.

I stopped going to this location even though it’s closest to where I live. I read a review about how they’d gotten better so I decided to give them another chance. First revisit, the food was great but their drive thru process is ridiculous. The wait behind the pole, pull up and wait, or park should be banned. Just get your food out in a timely manner. Went back thinking I’d get the same quality food….nope. It took me 10 minutes before I even got to place an order. Had to wait behind the pole again. Got home and my chicken was wet and poorly breaded. I threw it away which was a waste of my money. No more visits from me.

I stopped going to this location even though it’s closest to where I live. I read a review about how they’d gotten better so I decided to give them another chance. First revisit, the food was great but their drive thru process is ridiculous. The wait behind the pole, pull up and wait, or park should be banned. Just get your food out in a timely manner. Went back thinking I’d get the same quality food….nope. It took me 10 minutes before I even got to place an order. Had to wait behind the pole again. Got home and my chicken was wet and poorly breaded. I threw it away which was a waste of my money. No more visits from me.
