See Thru Chinese Kitchen #18 — Restaurant in Lake Township

Do Not come here! They do not understand English, and they act like it's your fault! I told the the gentleman that took my order that I'm allergic to shrimp and could not have it with my lunch special, and this man had absolutely no idea what I was talking about even after I repeated myself several times.

I requested for him to have someone else to assist with taking my order, and a woman who works there stepped in to assist me with my order, but she had a very unnecessarily rude and nasty attitude and acted like I was the one with a problem, but I kept my cool and proceeded to place my order, and I waited for my food.

Once my order was ready, I grabbed it and headed to my car. I then went to check my food inside the car, and I noticed that they gave me orange chicken when I ordered Szchewan chicken. I took the food back inside of the restaurant to inform them about their mistake, and the woman with the nasty attitude had the nerve to tell me that I did order orange chicken, and my order wasn't wrong.

At this point, I couldn't take it any more, and before I knew it, I snapped off and put that woman in her place. They ultimately fixed my order, but I will NEVER come back here if this was the last Chinese restaurant on earth! The one woman who works here needs a serious attitude adjustment, and their customer...

I had recently just placed an order for a Large Sweet and sour shrimp and 2 VEGETABLE egg rolls, when I got my food I had bit into one of the egg rolls and there was meat in them! I ended up calling the restaurant and the lady on the phone argued with me for 2 mins saying that what I thought was meat was actually vegetables! I kept telling her no and she kept saying yes, like ma'am I'm literally looking at a chunk of meat right now! Then, the lady finally told me to come in and she'd exchange it, at this point it's not even worth it. My experience ordering from this restaurant was to no surprise horrible. Not only was ordering for delivery was like pulling teeth due to the constant repetitiveness of getting my order right, I then received the wrong order. The employee argued with me when THEY got the order wrong. How can an employee refuse to give up her name and not give me the right to speak with the manager after 20 minutes of arguing over kung-pao chicken?... Lol at first she refused and argued to refund my money back and then suggest to come the next day to drop off the food and get my refund. How can I order from somewhere else if I don't get my money back?...
