Sharks Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Lake Township

If I could I wouldn’t even rate this stuff but this is the most disrespectful place you can come too and they have people standing around drinking and smoking while there are ppl walking with their kids. Anyways I asked for a Philly w/ lemon pepper why they didn’t put it on my Philly and acted like it was no big deal and told me to come back like I don’t live far I paid with my hard earned money money to feel like there was no accommodation this is sickening how we keep giving our money to these people who don’t even respect the clients the neighborhood nothing! Bad Service + Long Wait + Terrible Food = 1 Star Review (wish I could rate this less than 1 Star)

Firstly, the guy behind counter had NO customer/ people skills. Very rude and pushy. Wait time for my order was excessive (I placed an online order, when I went to pick it up the unfriendly guy said there was no record of my order so I had to wait an additional 15-20min). Wilted lettuce on the Philly Cheese Steak, soggy French fries and the onion rings had more breading than actual onion - both were terrible. The older male at the register is very rude. When I was looking at the menu to decide what I wanted to eat he told me to hurry the F up. I stood there in disbelief I never experienced anything like that at a restaurant. I was the only person in there so I didn’t understand the rush I wasn’t in there no longer than 10 minutes so I dont know where his attitude came from but he lost himself a customer!
