A Mexican restaurant packed with great flavors, authentic Mexican dishes and delicious meals for all times of the day. This small restaurant can accommodate 5 large families in the limited seating space. It is moderately accesible, but depending on how full it is, it may not be wheelchair accessible. Food - The menu pretty much touches most of the pupilas dishes that are most loved by Mexico’s natives. The flavor is pretty. Lose to traditional dishes made in the motherland. The presentation is standard, while the taste and texture of the food make up for the typical long wait; once the food gets to your table everything just makes sense. It is truly delicious. There are a few not-si-common dishes and drinks. Mescal is pretty good. The fish tacos are very well done. The Menudo is Fire and Flavorful (non-gamy flavor). Parking - on the street: A anywhere you can; Not in the parking lots near by. Service - The employees providing the service are great and know how to provide what a customer is looking for; it’s the limited number of people available to provide service that creates a gap, that in my opinion, needs to be fixed. Hence my 4 stars. Other - Don’t mind the lack of dedicated parking. I don’t mind the small space. I just wish there was at least 1 more staff members, either running food or serving tables. Overall very delicious and I highly recommend it. The food will make you forget about the wait. Totally worth it.

Bro, online it says the chicken fajitas are $16.99, which seemed like a solid deal. But when I got home, there was barely any chicken in the container. I thought, alright, tough times, I get it—restaurants are hard to keep running. Then I looked at my receipt and almost lost it: $18.99?! For a mostly veggie situation with barely any chicken? Nah, that’s a stretch. Now, don’t get me wrong—the staff is super friendly, the vibe is festive and fun, and the food is delicious. It’s clearly made from scratch, and you can tell they take pride in what they’re doing. But come on—update those online prices, and maybe throw in a little more protein next time!

Used to eat here all the time when I lived here. Moved away, could never find a place quite like this. Their steak burritos are truly delicious and extremely flavorful. The meat is well seasoned and the ingredients are well distributed. I never felt like there was too little or too much of something and I never had a bad experience when I eat here. Every time I visit this city, I must eat here at least once!

Real authentic Mexican cuisine. Not your typical dishes. Totally recommended. Very clean location, I have even seen the kitchen stuff deep cleaning the kitchen every night. Don't be fooled by negative false accusations of roaches and hair in the food. This place is even more cleaner than many high-end restaurants in the city. If the wait for the food is longer than usual it is because everything is freshly made on the spot. If what you are looking for is a fast food type of food, then look elsewhere to find frozen reheated food. Q'Sazon takes pride in the food that they serve and they try to make the culinary experience similar to what you would have at Mexican household serving homemade food. Keep up the outstanding job! Been going to this restaurant ever...

refused to accommodate to my food allergy Food is always subpar. We order on our unit at work about once a week. Today I decided to try the cheese quesadilla and it was sent on corn tortilla when I requested flour. I called to say I have an allergy to corn and physically cannot eat it. They refused to give a refund or bring something else, claiming it was my fault and not theirs. It’s only $6, but it’s $6 I wasted on something I cannot eat because of my allergy. I eat Mexican food all the time, this is the first place I haven’t had someone accommodate to my request. Extremely disappointed in the rude customer service I received as well. For the amount of money we give these people, it’s a shame I couldn’t be given a refund of $6....
