THIS KFC NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN ALONG WITH THE REST! BUT THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT SUCKS! I ORDERED FOOD THE FOOD WAS SO OLD .MACARONI LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN ATE OUT OF THE COLE SLAW HAD CHEESE MIXED ALL IN IT CALL BACK THE NEXT MORNING I WAS TOLD DONT WORRY I KNOW EXACTLY WHO YOU TALKIN ABOUT BRING THE ORDER BACK. I EXPLAIN I DONT LIVE CLOSE SO I WILL COME WHEN I CAN I WILL JUST SAVE THE FOOD. SHE STATED DONT WORRY AND TOOK MY NAME. I CAME TODAY TO GET MY MEAL REPLACE THE MANAGER ON DUTY INSTANTLY GAVE ME ATTITUDE ONCE SHE SEEN I WAS THERE WITH A COMPLAINT AND TO RECEIVE MY REPLACEMENT SHE WAS UPSET BECAUSE SHE WAS THE MANAGER ON DUTY THAT TUESDAY NIGHT I CAME AND SHE KNEW THE TEAM MEMBERS POCKETED THE MONEY AND GAVE ME THAT OLD FOOD BUT, SHE WALKED UP ROLLING HER NECK TALKING WITH HANDS WITHOUT ADDRESSING ANYTHING I GAVE HER THE SAME ATTITUDE! SHE WALKED AWAY HOLLERING IN FRONT OF OTHERS CUSTOMERS SAYING LEAVE I CANT HELP YOU. ITS OK GOD GONE HANDLE HER! IT TOOK SO MUCH OUT OF ME NOT TO SMACK TF OUT OF HER. Read moreGot served cold, stale food & pink chicken and when I called in to ask for a refund, the woman who answered (probably a manager) told me I was the only one complaining. Like??? Who is going to lie about $20 chicken. I was not rude when I had every right to be, so I did not understand why she had an attitude on the phone. I took my food to show proof of the pink chicken. I did not get an apology for the possible salmonella or the inconvenience of having to come back. I understand people are only working for a check but if working with customers bothers you, you cannot handle feedback, or you have a bad attitude-choose another industry . Plenty of places you can work without interacting with customers, especially when the customer’s business is funding your check. Read moreWell, as I approached the counter, the cashier asked: are you trying to order some chicken? I responded with confusion, yes, I would like to order chicken. The manager literally yells from the back, well its going to be a 18-20 min wait! Wow! Well because I wasn't pressed for time, I waited. As a courtesy, the cashier offered me a free large soda. Now, I accepted the 20 min wait time, but what behooved me was the audacity that I continuously had to wait after the 20 mins and for customers to order after me and to recieve their food before me. Once again, in confusion, what going on here? Not only that, the urgency of the employees to complete my order was nonexistent. I appreciate the nice gesture of the free soda but the overall service is unsatisfactory. The face of the establishment needs to be improved.
