Taqueria Mi Pueblo — Restaurant in Lake Township

First time here, I dined in and sat on the left side of the restaurant, an enclosed extra space. Menus have no prices so that should’ve been my first red flag. My torta had no avocado as stated on menu and when i pointed this out, waitress said she forgot to mention they ran out. It also had very little meat for the price. Something was also burning which made the restaurant fill with smoke and made us cough so they opened doors to air it out…then we were freezing!!!! No apologies or anything. I was excited to try this place but was ultimately disappointed. The food was pretty bland overall. The burritos especially were not very good. I would not recommend anything except the tacos, which were good, but kinda pricey. Even the salsas were bland. The red one tasted like watered-down canned chipotle sauce. Also, I tried ordering online but it wouldn't go through, so I had to order over the phone. Not only did they mess up the order, but it cost 50% more than the online price. That's crazy. Probably...

Had the "mi pueblo" burger and my wife ordered torta de asada and we were both really satisfied. The flavor was on point.
