Carniceria La Gloria — Local services in Lake Township

Not good, moved in to area a couple years ago. Have had negative experience in 3 facets: pricing, meat grade quality and service. I can let the pricing slide since this is the convenient alternative to big Corp supermarkets but really $ 6.odd for a medium jar of Hellman's mayo no thanks. Same 4 peanut btr. The meat quality of meat market is suspect such as chicken legs (not Perdue or quality) not even fresh and tender but old chicken as in old and tough to chew. The costillas de puerco were all bones no meat. To top it all off less than cordial service at the counter. Premium prices, lesser quality...

Good for some last minute things. But I honestly think that they really need a health inspector in there. You can tell right away that the refrigerator where they have the dairy products it's not at its fullest capacity. I purchased a milk there and it expired a whole week before its expiration date not to mention the fact that the jug was not even that cold when I bought it. Their meats section also looks like it needs Some seriously...
