Chicago Park District — Attraction in Lake Township

My 10-year-old son was so excited to go. To the new park that just opened on western but ended up having a terrible experience. He came to me one day telling me that two of the coaches made them do suicide exercise, because one of the kids was acting up. They made the whole group do the suicide exercise. When one of the kids asked for water coach Sarah or Miss Sarah however, they call her told them that he had enough saliva in his mouth and he could swallow it, what really made me upset was two days after again they were being punished for the same kid that was acting up and they had to run around the football field around 20 times. My son came home, crying that his legs and arms hurting because they even made them run a certain way I have called it to their attention and the supervisor the told that she would try to get me my refund then I got another call from somebody bigger than her which also told me that he would try to get me a refund and to expect a phone call. It’s been a couple days and I still haven’t heard anything about a refund. You’ll need to look up every location to determine how close it is, then filter the list of locations one by one. My kids who are 2 and 5 had the most wonderful experience at the park and nature center here. They have activities that are great for their age groups and I feel like the plat area is great to entertain almost any age group.
