Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Lake Wales

Worse experience ever, they didn’t have food ready we were asked to wait 15 minutes to make the chicken, the lady keeps taking orders and adding chicken from the back but we still waiting till I asked her and she said yes is ready, keeps taking customer and I asked her again, are you taking my order I’m waiting for over 20 minutes now, so she asked what we want to tell me they don’t have rice or carne asada ready but they can make it if I wait another 10 minutes. This place is a joke, all that while another 5 employees are standing around doing nothing. The managers shows up, go to the cashier asked why is people waiting she said we have no chicken for her to only said sorry for the wait and go to the back. Just one guy in the kitchen doing everything, not even hi or welcome, no ac on, the tables were dirty. We asked if they can do burritos instead of bows so we don’t wait Ny longer and she said they can do it double meat and charge me double since they don’t have the rice ready. Never again, horrible...

I understand they haven't been open long but this place needs to get better. First of all there were dirty tables and the floor had food on it no one was cleaning or keeping up with things. I watched the workers and not one time did they change there gloves, they went from taking care of the drive threw to getting drinks to getting food for people , then the men cooking they were back in forth with cooking meat and taking are of other things and didnt use different gloves. I was disappointed really because this location is great for there business. The ceiling had big nails sticking threw the wood it didnt look finished at all just like they threw it up there and lefted it...

The only good thing was the girl cashing us out! The two ladies making my family’s order was not paying any attention to what I was telling them for the kids meals didn’t even make the meal right then completely ignored me trying to order the last 2 meals and moved on to the next customers making my family be skipped in line and then they still made the orders wrong when I’m telling them exactly what was wanted right in front of them. I understand being new but being ignore and skipped and not having it made right is ridiculous especially...
