Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lake Wales

This taco bell is only getting 3 stars for friendly service but unfortunately my order of 2 different burritos both were ice cold and waiting to get to the window at the drive in was longer than I expected for 2:30 pm on a friday afternoon. Beyond cold food being an issue is the problem of the food having no flavor at all and just tasting like like a cold mushy bean burrito. It gives me no pleasure and in fact pains me to have to give this review as I have always been a big taco bell fan but I saw changes coming when they first changed the recipe of the beloved mexi-melt and made it spicey hot which turned me off quickly then soon after that change they just decided to take it off the menu all together so that was the beginning of a downward spiral for this taco bell. Do not go here if you want to order dine in They do not want you to order at the counter at all. Even if you order on the app it takes bugging them to start the order. They will ignore you for as long as possible They do not change thier gloves as often as needed. I watched a worker make food take it out to a car touching doors on the way there and back then just go right back to making food with the same gloves The music here is far to loud and obnoxious. They need an older night manager because the young kids there just do whatever they want at night with no supervision The store is either very dirty or moderately clean. It's only ever clean if there hasn't been any customers for hours. Every worker looks like customers are just the biggest nuisance in their day. I arrived at Taco Bell and the initial greeting was very rude. I ordered a Total of seven meals spending $75 and did not receive the orders that I ordered. I was also informed that because it was 45 minutes to closing that their fryers are already down and it could not make any fries. I ordered several of my meals without tomatoes being that my family has a tomato allergy so I just opted to not get tomatoes drove back through the drive-through and informed them that everything had tomatoes by this time because I had to leave and turn around the store was then closing. I was informed that they would take care of me on my next visit.
