Subway — Restaurant in Lake Wales

My husband and I hadn't been here in quite some time and were excited to try the new menu. We were the only 2 in line, and he let me go first. Unfortunately, out of the 2 gals serving us behind the counter, I got the short end of the stick. Marisol I think was her name, all. I remember is her rude attitude how quiet she was (Not speaking clearly) and how she just threw together my Monster footling, which was supposed to have Monterey jack cheese, steak, bacon, green peppers and onions on it, plus the add-ons of my choice. Mine didn't have any cheese or bacon. She just made me feel very uncomfortable. My husband on the other hand, had the sweetest girl named Julie, and his 2 footlongs, one being the Monster, were the best looking subs in the world and she was the exact opposite, kind and helpful. Unacceptable Condition of Produce at Subway Location

I recently visited the Subway location Lake Wales and was appalled by the condition of the lettuce, tomatoes, and green peppers. The produce appeared old, wilted and unacceptable for consumption.

Concerns Raised

When I inquired with the employee about fresh salad items, I was informed that the delivery service consistently provides old products. This is alarming, considering these items are served to the public and can pose serious health risks.

Customer service was really bad I was a pleasant person I said please I said thank you and all I got was attitude. As she was putting on the ingredients for my sub she accidentally put on some peppers OK it happens when I asked her to make sure there was no peppers on my sub because I don’t like peppers (it’s a horrible ingredient in my opinion) she’s like there’s no peppers on it, with an attitude. On top of that I asked for extra pickles she only put two extra pickles on my sub and then I asked if she could wrap them separately because I’m gonna eat them at different times she didn’t bother doing that wrapped it up in one paper shoved it in a bag and said here you go.
