READ THIS BEFORE GOING TO THIS STORE: I looked up Metro stores online to see if there were any stores open until later than 8pm. I saw that this store was open until 10:30 so I decided that I would take the drive, from Delray, because my husband needed a phone. His phone stopped working yesterday and we have 3 young children, one of them being a newborn. If something happens he needs to have a phone so that the daycare or myself can get in touch with him. However, when I got to this store, at 9:50, the store was closed and completely locked up. The gate was down and all of the lights were off, like they had been closed for a while. Basically, I drove for a 1/2 hour to get here and left my newborn daughter at home (who is actually sick), just to get to the store and them be closed. I called corporate and all they said was they were going to report the store. That does nothing for me as I need to get my husband a phone ASAP. Now it is the next day and I am hoping and praying that nothing happens with any of the kids because he now doesn't have a phone another day because they wanted to lie about their hours. If I had known they were not open this late then I could have made arrangements to go to a closer store at an earlier time. I am so pist. Businesses should not be allowed to post different hours that what they are actually open. The only reason we decided to go to that store is because of the store hours they have listed online. If the information that you list online is not true then DON'T LIST IT. This is a form of lying and you are a business. You should not lie to your customers. I will never attempt to return to this store. If they lie about their store hours online then what else are they willing to lie about. I don't deal...
Read moreI just went there. A lady called Mayra was the person who took my issue. My phone stopped working in the morning. It was frozen with the logo Metro PCS. I called the company and they told me that I needed to find a dealer because I needed a new phone ( I bought the phone less that one year( I explained everything to Mayra and she did not listen) I gave her my phone, the plug and the case. After 20 minutes waiting Mayra told me that she could not do anything and I needed to go to another store (headquarters I guess) I asked her at what time the open the next day and she said I do not know. She did not try to find the number. I said ok. She gave me my phone without the case and I needed to ask for it. I asked her for my plug and she said: you did not give me the plug. I told her yes I gave you my plug and she did not give me the plug. I am not asking for miracles because I know technology is not easy. I am a professor at the college but this woman: 1) did not do her job (at least trying to find the hours of the other store and 2) she took my plug. Today, I went to the dealer at Jog Road and the gentleman Chris told me that the lady Mayra Reset my phone without telling me. ALL MY PHOTOS AND CONTACTS ARE GONE!!!! Read moreOn 11/16/16 upon closing time, I had just made it trough their door. There were two reps behind the counter. I did not obtain their names, but I must say "THANK YOU, GRACIAS!!" I had a bit of a rough experience at another METRO PCS Location, and here they both welcomed my upon arrival, were super friendly, professional and servicial. My questions were all answered accordingly. The service I needed was a repair and both reps gracefully guided me to another location on Lake Worth RD, near Jog. Excellent service.
