I’ve had walk in Meals here before That were pretty decent along w/ Service Tonight Customer Service was very Disappointing & Meal was Not communicated properly I called for Delivery 1st time ever & asked for Chicken parm Vodka Sauce Dinner w/ Pasta instead of Marinara Sauce & was told a $3 up charge w/Caesar salad, which was expected + the Soup Delivery of $1 - Gave me total price on phone of $32.74 thinking that’s total w/ tax. No problem + tip for delivery Get order w/ the receipt & it has the 1.) soup w/ charge 2.) pasta w/ vodka sauce w/ salad & charge 3.) sub w/ Vodka sauce & charge no bread - Never explained to me that they would have to charge me for 2 Separate Dinners + The soup Explain the chicken parm dinner w/ Vodka sauce instead of marinara is going to be charged as a full pasta dinner w/ vodka sauce & salad separate & a sub w/vodka sauce separate w/o bread so I would have understood I’m getting charged for 2 Individual Dinners plus the soup not thinking 1 dinner, soup and an up charge. I could have ordered just a chicken parm sub w/ Vodka sauce + Soup + Caesar salad w/ about an $8 difference in price which today makes a difference And there was barely any cheese on the chicken & the sauce on the pasta was dry but That I didn’t say anything about Called & asked if they could at least compliment a dessert for the order since it was miscommunicated & got told that’s how they do an order on computer & I should go somewhere else...

I literally have been going here for over 10 years. Most of the time the food was good tonight I went for a Valentine’s Day. I know the place is busy and you can tell on each workers face that they overscheduled and the staff was all running around crazy I sat at the bar with my friend, we did at least 10 minutes or so. Probably 15 before anyone gave us a drink. We were having dinner at the bar because the place was packed and I didn’t know that you need reservations on Valentine’s Day for the last 10 years. I just simply walked in anyway the muscles in the garlic sauce were absolutely disgusting. They were overcooked and I could tell when they bought them the table that they had a smell to them. I’ve gotten these muscles lots of times before and they were fine , the appetizer appetizer that I ordered was also disgusting. The muscles were very fishy. The stuffed mushrooms were nuts spicy had no flavor at all. It tasted like breadcrumbs, mixed with only water, and then dumped on the mushroom. I know every place makes mistakes and has horrible food sometimes but I’m sick and tired of paying , a great price for food that sucks sorry it is what it is very disappointed and it’s probably all because it was so busy Maybe and maybe I’ll be back. Visited here this afternoon for a small birthday party of about 30 people. I have to say the service was Ah-mazing! From 12-330, I only had to ask the servers for one thing. The only reason it was not already brought out was because they didn't have it. I will admit I am at times an impatient person. A mom, fulltime job and second job while juggling three kids and blah blah blah. So, sometimes waiting for something I can get myself is an inconvenience or simply a waste of time. So, the aforementioned comment "only asked once", speaks volumes in my book! The food was plentiful and well done. Antipasti, warm bread and butter, Indvidual house salad and a large main dish. Sodas and water on table constant refilling by staff. Coffee and dessert. They also had a small bar inside which is awesome! Atmosphere was also fantastic. They even turned off all the lights for the bday song! In the end it was a wonderful Bday party. Thank you to the staff and servers! (Just FYI: Now this is where I may lose some credibility as a guide resource, lol. Wish the staff had more hot guys weaved in. Maybe a hot guy bartender? Maybe I was there on the wrong day?
