Bagel Bistro & Grille — Restaurant in Lakehurst

When I say I love bagels, I LOVE BAGELS. My friend made fun of me for going to Wawa when I wanted a bagel. He said, "you cant go to Wawa when you're craving a bagel" so I was driving past this place, craving a bagel once again so I pulled in. When I tell you this place is THE bagel spot, it is!

The family who owns it is so incredibly friendly and clearly NY Lovers like us. GO YANKEES, the owner did not want to serve me due to my Eagles shirt (jokingly of course) but we chatted over our love of the Yanks and all things NY.

Its not exactly close to us, about 30 minutes out of our way but by golly is it worth it!

I have already been back there since going for the first time and we have a breakfast date scheduled for Saturday with some friends, and I CANNOT WAIT...

Stopped here for a late morning Breakfast, before Kit starts her Medical Wednesdays transporting a friend from Cedar Glen to a Doctor's appointment...

Kit's choice was the Joint Base Omelette, Eggs, Cheese, Bacon topped with Scallions and sides of Fried Potatoes and Rye Toast...

My sandwich for today was Bacon, Eggs, Cheese with fresh Jalapeno Slices seasoned with SPK, a dash of Cholula Hot Sauce on a toasted Pork Roll & Cheddar Bagel...

This was our first visit here after the business name change.

Definitely a Small Business that should be visited and shown some love from the community and...
