Yes, in fact, I do have something to say. I'm going to make this review as simple as I can possibly make it.....

I.....really.....HATE, HATE, HATE this McDonald's! It's possibly the only McDonald's that I know that I truly hate! I know, "hate" is a strong word, and I really don't like using it, but this is a feeble excuse for a fast food establishment. Why? Everything bad that happens here can be blamed on the service. Everytime that me and my family set the van wheels into the drive-thru lane, I can already tell that something bad is going to happen to my food. And sure enough, it does. Why, the disaster doesn't occur until you receive your food. They get the order incorrect, EVERY TIME! I swear, I don't think any of the employees here even passed high school (hell, if possible, MIDDLE SCHOOL). A recent bad memory involved me and my family driving home from Lavallette one evening. Me and my brothers were VERY hungry and literally haven't had a thing to eat all day. We stopped into this McDonald's and they got the order wrong. My dad literally stormed into the store and told them to fix our order. Guess what happened next? Yep, you guessed it! It was still incorrect! They finally got the order right on their SIXTH try. Everyone, including me, was in a bad mood when we left. On a high chance, we're probably never going to this McDonald's again. I love McDonald's, but this particular one upset me. My advice to you? Took almost 10 minutes for someone to take my order, with no one ahead of me on line. It then took almost 15 minutes for me to receive my order. This is for 2 sausage McMuffin with egg, a hash brown and a medium soda. McDonalds only seems to care about the drive thru customers and not the dine in customers. Tables and chairs are almost always dirty, the garbage cans are usually overflowing. The ketchup dispenser is constantly "in the back" waiting to be refilled. They are often out of CO2 for their soda and Frapes and they don't tell you until after they wring up your order. This location on Rt. 70 in Lakehurst is very poorly managed. My wife who is handicapped had to stand and wait for almost 10 minutes for a large fries. They kept giving it away for drive thru orders. They finished renovations a couple of weeks ago. The redid the inside and got rid of the Grey color on the outside of the building. The outside looks more friendly and inviting. Inside, they got rid of the soda dispenser. It still looks a little dark inside. I wish they would have added brighter lighting. They rearranged the seating area. There is more room to move around.
