Short version? Stay away from these cheap thieves like the plague.
This is the first negative review I've ever had to leave about a business. I went on a weekend morning to have breakfast with my family. Service was sub-par and rushed, but tolerable - nothing I would go out of my way to say anything about. When I received my large iced coffee, it was different than the 100+ iced coffee's I've ever received from any Dunkin' Donuts franchise.
They had filled the cup to the brim with ice, and then filled the cracks in with coffee. I finished the coffee in 4 average sips. I was frustrated.
I gave them a second chance this past weekend, I decided to get cute and ask for light ice. They gave me the normal amount of ice that I would expect to see from any other Dunkin' Donuts. My mocha swirl coffee however that is usually fairly dark looked like semi-transparent cream. I drove off and took a sip. They had filled my coffee with half water, it was disgusting. I took a sip of the other coffee that we had ordered that was again brim filled with ice and it was as strong as any normal dunkin' coffee and full of flavor, unfortunately my 2 tablespoon sip just about wiped out the second coffee.

Read moreMy boyfriend and I went to the Bartow location this morning to get some cups of coffee and some donuts. We have the Dunkin Donuts tumbler which enables us to get beverages at a discounted rate. We asked the cashier, and she stated that they do not refill Dunkin tumblers. While we decided to continue our order, we let the person behind us go ahead and go while we were still deciding what we wanted. While waiting our turn, we went to another associate behind the counter to ask about the Dunkin tumbler refills. She proceeded to say the same thing, that they do not refill Dunkin tumblers. We were going to go ahead and get donuts, however upon getting back to the counter, the cashier walked away, and was seen talking with her peers rather than assisting us. She never came back to the counter, therefore we decided to leave. The restaurant was dirty, the lobby had dirty tables, the door to the restaurant was dirty with fingerprints and smudges of food/coffee. I typically like going to that location, however after the service received today I will be taking my business to a different location. They have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA what's going on, grown ADULTS, there were no "college kids" on this afternoon shift.... THEY would have definitely been better ! These people think because customers order the basic it's the same across the board. They act dumb as if they don't understand what you're talking about. You ask for a bacon egg and cheese and they think you want bacon on a roll, like what the hell. English isnt worth a lick and then they want to act innocent, Like it's your fault.. then when you show frustration after explaining what you want slowly and 15 times they catch an attitude. I ordered the simple deal of the 2 for $4 bagel, after asking if it was still available 10 times, the girl at the register didn't know what kind of bagels they carried.... I asked for a little bit of cream cheese they put a GLOP!!!! THEN , ON TOP OF THAT, they made it TOASTED, when I DIDN'T EVEN ASK FOR IT TO BE TOASTED. POOR POOR SERVICE. This place needs to be reported to the better business Bureau. These PEOPLE, are making money just because of its name. Not because they actually know what the franchise...
