The Visual Art teachers are the worst teachers. Bullying your students is crazy to me. The blatant disrespect they have for the students blows my mind. Nevermind they don't teach anything in the first place, they pick on the students about their work until they cry. Never telling the due dates then getting mad when it's not done when they want it done. I have never been more disappointed in a school. None of the students like the VA teachers. It's pathetic. I hope next year they will change but I know a lot of students will be leaving this school aftee this year. I have tried to get in contact with the admin and have had no luck. This school is amazing! My time as a creative writing student has been great so far. Amazing teachers, supportive and friendly administration, and the fact that you get to choose what to apply for, all make this school perfect if you're looking to pursue an education in the arts. Not to mention they provide free transportation if you live in polk county. Be warned that lakeland high, the school we share campus with is kind of eh... but this school easily makes up for it.
