There's mold on the ceiling but I didn't even notice because of everything else going on. We were one table out of four tables and I was the only one to get a refill. Our waitress didn't even wait our table until I had to get up and do her job. She did everything but check on us. I watched as my food stayed out and she was just laughing with employees instead of tending to the food. I had to clear our table, find silverware and remind her of my order and what was missing because she didn't even have the audacity to write down our order. Instead of doing so she looked out into space and just let us reiterate our order while she stood at the register asking what it was. Honestly the waitress I tipped was the one who came last minute and cleared our table and helped us out with everything that we needed help with. I wasn't trying to be nasty but I was trying to show her that thank you for helping us while our waitress was doing other things. Worst experience I have ever had here. Fairly regular customer but, this night was the worst. My family and I arrived before the, post Christmas Parade crowd. Our waitress was new, young and did not give her name. Long story short, we had to ask for drink refills and wait on those, while waiting over an hour for my Big House BLT which had to be sent back as it was initially brought to me with a shredded top piece of bread. When it came back, after asking our waitress where it was, I was handed a plate with one half of a sandwich sloppily folded over. When I requested a Manager the young waitress popped off with a smart mouth (not smart) but luckily one of the cooks was responsible enough to contact the Manager. Can't place an order over the phone at 12 at night? Had to change my review because I went up to the restraunt after calling them on the phone to try to place an order and being told that I had to come in person to place the order. I was there within five minutes only to be told rudely that they were closing in a few minutes and that I can't place an order. Well maybe you should have told me that over the phone instead of telling me to come in and place an order. The whole crew was a bunch of sorry people and really ruined my night seeing as my girlfriend can't eat any solid foods because she got a tooth pulled I thought maybe I could get her some grits or mashed potatoes but now the only place that's listed online as a 24 hour restraunt in the whole town is closed and I don't have that option anymore. Maybe you should consider changing the hours you have posted online FALSE...
