This McDonald’s is easy to locate and has easy street access to exit both directions. If you accidentally pull into this McDonald’s it can pose a difficulty leaving if the drive through line is backed up as the way it’s centered on the lot against the trash cans createsroad blocks. yesterday, January 17th around 3:30PM, was my first time coming to this location and overall everyone exceeded at their job excluding the individual that took my order, hence the 3 stars instead of 5. I went through the drive thru to order and there are two lines. It can be heard 2 different people taking orders. The person on the inside did an amazing job, he got his clients orders correct the first time, repeated everything and was very fast in the process. I also appreciate he gave his customers next steps for which window to pull up to for paying and picking up the order which you don’t see too often. To note, This person was the same one checking you out at the register. Unfortunately he was not the one to take my order which is where my issues start. When taking the order in front of me I noticed the gentleman made the lady repeat herself multiple times. I wasn’t sure if it was because of a language barrier since she did have a heavy accent, or she wasn’t speaking loud enough so I just brushed it off. When it came my turn to order he gave me the go ahead, I said the entire order clear and concise and loud enough. He didn’t pay attention at all! At the end of the order I was abruptly stopped because he was aggressively talking to a customer or coworker in person about adding caramel to an ice cream. I’m sorry to inconvenience you, but I’ve worked fast food and know very well those headsets have a mute button. He then came back and asked me to repeat the entire thing. So I did and he never questioned anything in the order, said okay gave me my total and sent me forward. When I got to checkout the dude decided to instead of clearly hear me the second time charge me for a chicken nugget, drink and fries all separately not even a meal, instead of a kids meal which is what I ordered. So I’m being charged more for your company having an incompetent employee. I didn’t fuss because the cashier was again, amazing. The woman who served me my food at the second window amazing and very friendly. The food was cooked and packaged as expected so thank you to the kitchen! It sucks this location has one bad employee that has to mess it up for the...
Read moreTwo signs on the door: In the center of the door there is a professional looking sign. it is very clearly posted an early morning opening for dining.
Off to the left of the door it says dining begins at 11. The latter is not something that makes things clear, especially if you have a more professional sign stating otherwise...there is a mixed message.
Needless to say,, I asked the gentleman cashier about dining in, and was NOT told "NO." He didn't say anything. I actually expressed gratitude to him for getting to dine in. I was wearing a mask.
So, I took my food to a table. I unwrapped my sandwich and I prepared my coffee. Given my conversation with the cashier I expected to finish my meal. As I was eating, I was instructed to leave. I reminded him of my conversation with him. He gave no response. The manager then told me to leave.
Extremely POOR customer un friendly service.
If 11 is the time for dining, then that sign should be put front and center OVER the sign that is right in front of the center of the door.
Additionally, there was another person to the left of me in the dining area. He may have worked there, but he was still sitting in the dining area. I was alone. I was well over 15 feet from another human being, except when the cashier, and the manager violated my safe space. I requested to get to finish my meal. I was told NO. The other person still sat where he was. Why would not his unmasked face impact others entering the restaurant 😳?
I find it outrageous, given I went way beyond the second mile to be sure I could dine in, that I felt like I was being thrown out of the establishment. It is insane that this managers ONLY logic for throwing me out was, "There is a sign on the door." Yes, there is. And the one actually on the door does NOT say 11 AM dining. It is the worst costumer unfriendly interaction I have ever...
Read moreThe morning shift staff at this location needs an attitude adjustment. I frequent this location because it's on my way to work but after today, I will not! As always, I ordered a Large French Vanilla iced coffee. On multiple occasions it's either extremely sweet or 90% milk. Today it was 99% milk! Using the "McDonald's app) is supposed to "save time". Well not the case! After receiving my order, I told the young lady at the window that it looked like a cup full of milk. Kindly, she proceeded to tell me the ingredients. I get this daily, so I'm aware. I then go inside. A lobby full of guests that appeared to be tired of waiting a long with several Door Dashers who were waiting as well were standing there. After well over 5 minutes, a young lady walks up to the register and just stares at me with a full attitude. Because I was late, I didn't address THAT issue! She takes the cup around the corner and the male manager with the Mohawk, told her to "pour the other one out". However, when she brought me my cup back, it looks and tastes EXACTLY like the MILK I gave her. The customer service was totally unacceptable! The owner of this location needs to see who and what is bringing this location down!!!! Totally unacceptable!!!!!! I only rated a 1 because that's the lowest possible rating. The seasoned lady that normally works at the first drive thru window is always courteous, Christian and professional.
Updated 12/12/23...I went to a different McDonald's and notice the difference in the color of iced coffee when it's not a cup...
