I went into this Starbucks today and ordered a Frappuccino and sat inside to drink it. I was noticing that the Frappuccino wasn’t always easily going up the straw and I assumed it was just because it was more frozen. I continued to drink my Frappuccino and after about half way through I bit into something really hard, thinking maybe it was a chocolate chip I then tried to bite down on it again and it didn’t break. I then spit it out in my palm and saw that IT WAS A PIECE OF GLASS!!!!! I immediately got up and asked for the manager and they said they’re was no manager on duty but told the shift lead at the time(around 9 in the morning) and she came over to ask me how she could help me. I then showed her the piece of GLASS that was on my Frappuccino and said I just got it out from my drink and she said oh I’m so sorry about that, “Would you like for me to make you another one?” I SAID NO I DON’T, I said you need to stop serving the Frappuccinos and clean out your blenders. She just continued to apologize yet made to attempt at preventing future accidents. I said I was going to call the Starbucks Customer Service and I left. When I got to my car I called the customer service number and told them about it and they put me on hold so then I hung up in being worried of having swallowed glass, I decided to drive myself to the hospital. When I got to the hospital, I did a CAT scan with contrast, and they found a 9 mm long at the bottom of my esophagus. That is when the ER doctor told me that I needed to get put to sleep to perform an endoscopy to try to remove it By the time they did the endoscopy It had passed through my system. So now I have swallowed a piece of glass and they told me to come back if I experienced bleeding or extreme pain. I’ve spent my whole day crying inside the ER and having procedures done before that I’ve never done, and the doctor told me that if I hadn’t gotten the endoscopy done that there was a possibility that I could cut my intestines and give me an infection that could become fatal. So I spent the day telling my family that this incident could cause Me my life!!! I’m...
Read moreI WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN!!! I was very cool with everyone working at this location however, after receiving my drink wrong so many times I had enough. I go to this location everyday and purchase 2 drinks. Today I had to leave out of work to, go back to Starbucks to get a refund. Yes, after receiving my drink wrong so many times and spending $12.00 a day I was upset, who wouldn't be. I went to the cashier and was explaining my situation. I was talking loudly ( NOT YELLING) but yes I was aggravated who wouldn't be. So then, the entire staff came up to the register to basically harass me and tell me that I;m in the wrong which shocked me! How was I in the wrong because i was talking loud (NOT YELLING) How would you like to go somewhere and have your order messed up EVERY SINGLE DAY! That's not fair at all! I used to work for Starbucks for 7 years and this is not how you treat a loyal customer especially when Starbucks is suppose to be the #1 company for great customer service. I was now informed by one of their workers that they filled an incident report on me and they will no longer serve me. Why would they file an incident report on me when I 1 never curse at them or threatened them? I will be filling a complaint to the BBB ( Better Business Bureau )The way I was ambushed by everyone there was unacceptable on top of that nothing was resolved. I WILL NOT be returning back to...
Read moreI just have to say the morning crew at this location operate like total ninjas. They are always consistently fast, efficient, and accurate on the order. Did I say they are fast? There needs to be an award given for how fast they crank these drinks out like a machine! Especially the ladies. So impressed. It’s one of the few locations that hasn’t lost its commitment to excellent customer service. It’s so sad how most in food service make you feel like an inconvenience and like you have all day to wait around for what you order. It’s one thing to be slammed with customers but all the time, I go places that it seems like everyone is just there to talk to their co workers and hang out, and they will get around to the customer when they “feel like it”, and they move as slow as possible to let you know they aren’t going to hurry themselves for you. Honestly as a business owner I would never allow that. So whoever is managing this location, thank you. I gladly come here even though other shops are closer because I can depend on the friendly...
