Update 8/2024 = 1star The owner has jumped on his high horse with his keyboard warrior attitude & in the last few hours wrote comments about reviews from years ago. The old owner was kind & made this place great. The new owner gets mad at every bad review & it shows in his response. I'm writing this because the owner chose to respond to my girlfriends post but hasn't touched mine. My reviews speak for themselves thru the years of coming here. If you can't handle criticism & make your business better from that, you have no business owning a business. Take the hit & move on, in this new America there are several types of people, most aren't going to like your attitude of how you respond to the reviews & base that on coming to your business, but if your looking on losing business your doing a great job, best of luck!
P.S. People look at the people who are writing reviews for this business. If they have under 20 reviews & give 5 stars, it's a fake review!
Update 1/2023 = 1 star Walked in & it just felt different, Seeing G-money on a receipt is very unprofessional, then we find out the older gentleman sold this once great place. Pizza was slightly burnt, garlic knots burnt on the bottom. There is a child running around grabbing random things from the back, screaming that mommy said I could or said I can! I used to love this place because it was quiet, but new ownership, loud Mexican music, & kid screaming. Google says Sunday closes at 9 pm, but at 730pm, they are putting up chairs. The tables aren't clean, This customer won't be coming back.
Update 5/2022 = 5 stars Another prefect visit, we just made it in before they closed at 9 pm on Sunday. As always, everyone was super friendly & it's always a pleasure coming here. More pictures of wonderful food. Small is plenty for 2 people & garlic knots with that garlic dipping sauce. It was great! It's funny how we get the same thing every time we come here!
Update 4/2022 = 5 stars This time, we got a large meat pizza, wow, so big & garlic knots with garlic sauce to dip super sweet! If you are planning on coming, bring your appetite because you will leave full.
10/2021 = 5 stars There are lots of choices to choose from, good . a few video games. The older gentleman who works there, I'm sure, owns the place very nice and accommodating. I joy coming here and girlfriend loves this place, I can hardly ever get her to get pizza but since she likes this place when we are in Lakeland it's easier to get my pizza, so thank you for having great food and a nice atmosphere for...
Read moreI came here maybe 2 years ago and I got the father and it was amazing, handtossed and really delicious. Then I came again and ordered a pizza that I thought would again be handtossed bc there was no mention of thin crust anywhere online and pictures show handtossed. It was like a $31 pizza and I picked it up and it was really light so I checked it when I got to my car and it was thin crust. I checked to see what I ordered and it just said 18” inch pizza no mention of crust. (Even though there’s no option to order it that way online) So I go back in and tell her that I don’t think I ordered thin and she’s like “thats all we have here” and I look at the menu in the counter and say “oh does it say thin on the menu?” No it didn’t. She says “no” and at that point I didn’t want to deal with it. I worked in pizza for 6 years now and I wonder if the employees who were able to stretch dough are gone, so they either have to pre stretch and par bake for rush, or just get par baked crusts delivered to them where they just slap on the toppings. It’s one thing to not be able to stretch bc you lack the machinery needed to mix dough, or knowledge of dough making, or skill, but it’s another thing to not say on the menu it’s only thin crust. Traditional pizza is not thin, so how could people assume it’s thin with no knowledge of the new items being sold under apparently new management/ownership. Overall its not worth $31 however they don’t skimp on the toppings if you do like and want thin crust. I saw reviews of their product being center-loaded but I didn’t experience that on mine. Still not...
Read moreSir, I didn’t catch your name when you came to drop off milkshakes for my son and nephew. But you need to know the difference you just made in our world. You went BEYOND above and beyond to not only deliver a single milkshake for my twelve year old son, but you knew he wanted to get one for his cousin, and he couldn’t afford it. So you brought along an extra one. And you drove clear across town, to give him the extra milkshake for free. You were incredibly kind. You showed him that there are still kind people in this world. You showed him respect and generosity. But what you didn’t know is that our family is experiencing a really difficult time. Your act of kindness made a HUUUUGE impact on my son. And on the rest of us. ❤️ You are truly a ray of sunshine in a really dark time for us. And I cannot thank you enough. The world needs more people like you! Thank you...
