Diamond in the rough. The ladies were very freindly and the food was amazing. The Taco truck is tucked away in a no-frills lot with 2 competing taco trucks. While i cant speak to the other 2, this was an AMAZING PICK. I had a Bajio Steak taco, and a Pastor - one of the best tacos i have had in Austin. I wll be adding Bajio to my frequent list

Mind-blowing barbacoa! This place is absolutely the best spot around Lake Travis for tacos. Oh and the Picadillo is freaking delicious. Food here is so good it makes me wanna slap my mother! Angie the owner even let me create my own signature taco! 💯 I call it Taco Último! Oh and don't about the juevos rancheros! Best in town.

After eating here for about 8 years, I can say El Bajio STILL has The Best Fajita Tacos in Austin! Convenient to Steiner Ranch, look for the Orange-colored trailer in the back EVERYTHING on El Bajio's menu is authentic and absolutely delicious!
