I frequent this location often. Depending on the time of day you will get good service.

Early mornings are the absolute worst time to go here. You will on average be waiting 15-20 minutes before you can even place your order. That is even if there are only 4 or 5 people in line.

Usually I’m okay with that but today I waited in line for 15 minutes just to get a pastry. I ended up having to leave before I could get to the front of the line as there were still 4 people ahead of me.

The problem is management doesn’t staff this location properly. There is usually only one person working who is taking the orders and making them.

My suggestion to management is have atleast 2 people working at all busy times. One to take the orders and one to make the orders.

I've gone there twice and the first time my oatmeal I ordered was cold and the girl on shift was slow and terrible at multitasking so my order took 25 mins. Also went there today. Usually at any starbuck when you order the oatmeal they just give you the toppings in a bag to mix in yourself. This employee made the oatmeal with toppings even though I told her which toppings I wanted she added a different topping since she realized they were out of the particular topping I wanted. ( was not informed they were out of the topping or asked before she added a different one) which was a topping I dont like. So both experiences were poor. Elvira is rude and doesn’t know how to make the drinks. I commented that she made my caramel cloud macchiato wrong, because it’s all mixed up and not layered. Literally zero cloud foam to be seen. I didn’t ask for a remake. I didn’t ask for a manager. I just commented that it was not as usual. She was very defensive and demanded that she made it correctly and would show me the manual.
