THE ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE THAT IS THIS SO-CALLED âSMOOTHIE SHOPâ
1 STAR (And Thatâs Being Generous)
Let me start by saying this: I donât write reviews lightly. Iâm not the type of person who complains about every little inconvenience or minor slip-up. I understand that businesses have off days, that employees are human, and that sometimes things just donât go perfectly. I get it. Iâve worked in customer service myself, and I know how challenging it can be to maintain excellence day in and day out. But what I experienced at this establishmentârepeatedly, I might addâgoes so far beyond âan off dayâ that I feel morally obligated to warn every single person in this community about the absolute travesty that masquerades as a smoothie shop.
Now letâs start with the most basic expectation: FOOD. This is supposedly a smoothie shop, right? A place where people come to nourish their bodies, grab a quick healthy meal, maybe pick up something substantial after a workout or during their lunch break. WRONG. Dead wrong. This place has NOTHINGâand I mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHINGâto eat that isnât a smoothie. Do you understand how absurd that is? How is a business in the food and beverage industry going to operate with essentially ONE type of product?
Iâve been to dozens of smoothie establishments across this countryâSmoothie King, Jamba Juice, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, local independent shopsâand you know what they ALL have in common? They understand that customers want OPTIONS. They offer wraps, sandwiches, flatbreads, salads, bowls, toast, bagels, muffins, protein barsâactual FOOD that can sustain a human being for more than thirty minutes. But not this place. Oh no, not this establishment that apparently operates in some alternate dimension where human beings survive solely on blended fruit.

Went the second time and ordered the same exact thing but this time it was half the size and the container was barely filled. Hopefully this was just because they are new and made a mistake.
Thanks for the reply. I did order both times online for pick up. The first time it came in a large container and it was about half full which I thought was reasonable. The second time it came in a container half the size and the container was again half full as you can see from my photo. Iâm curious to know which was the correct amount but Iâm not willing to spend another $10...

Exactly what you would expect from a smoothie bowl store. You can taste that they use high quality ingredients. They have several different base, topping, and smoothie options. They also have granola balls which was a nice surprise since I would assume a high quality local smoothie bowl place would likely only offer smoothie related products. I love a restaurant that sticks to what they do best and does it well instead of trying to expand their menu. Their granola and peanut butters are also homemade and delicious!! I wish I could give this place...
