The product is as good as man-made chemical products can be. The husband is great and one of the nicest people, unfortunately the wife is one of the meanest owners I've ever encountered. I used to frequent here a lot, until I kept running into her. So we limited our visits. It's my daughter's favorite place, and even she had to cut down the amount of times coming here.
We saw wife owner do curbside delivery today, and I asked my daughter whether she's sure she wants to come in. We often turn around to head home when we see her, my daughter hesitated but finally came in. She orders the same thing every time. Non-dairy mango shaved ice, boba, and real mangoes. She received no mangoes and popping boba instead. It's COVID-19 time - my daughter had mask on when she spoke, so maybe that's the reason for the lady owner's mis-hearing the order. Daughter came back in to ask for the dark glutaneous boba she normally gets, and the mean lady owner says "ok, well you should pay attention when I read back the order!" Yes ma'am!! Maybe if you didn't have a muddled voice as you wore your mask also, then maybe she'd understand you. But really.... Isn't there a better way to respond to a customer? This is not the first time of you being rude.
Your food is not good (wonton and pate chaud) . Your boba is decent but not premium quality. Your tea is not premium quality. The price is not cheap. But your customer service is horrendous to Asians (key word, Asian) And we've been there plenty of times, introduced your place to many friends throughout the years, bought gift cards for friends.
I am the idiot who keeps coming back to get abused by a fellow VNmese. This is the last time. Thanks but no thanks for your poor service. It's okay not to sound angry all the time.

Read moreCustomer service of the employees were nice, however when my drink came with an after taste they were unwilling to substitute despite having only taken a sip. This is after they called to confirm with their boss whether anything additionally could be possible. They instead let me know I could put any toppings. After adding sugar and taro pudding, it was not improved and there was nothing additional they could do. Will not be returning to this location and advise others to stay away.

Read moreStopped by 'Sno Mo' after picking up my daughter from her first day of school and it turned out to be an excellent choice! Not only did they have a delightful selection of ice creams and snow cones, but they also offered an array of toppings like sprinkles, gummy bears, marshmallows, and nerds. My children absolutely loved the mint chocolate chip and vanilla ice cream combination.
What stood out the most was the service. The man behind the counter, who I suspect might be the owner, was incredibly attentive and quick with our order. The cleanliness of the store was evident, and its convenient location just off the highway near my daughter's school is a big plus.
