Hot bagels drive thru — Restaurant in Lakewood Township

So as an honest review first of all drive-thru is very convenient, but the speaker and microphone system aren't working and you could barely communicate so that is something that has to be addressed right away, the food is okay the bagels are delicious but I ordered a cream cheese sandwich with all vegetables, so I was told I can get up to three vegetable toppings and any additional I want to add I'll have to pay for, so I had to decide which 3 vegetable I'll take, I get the receipt lo and behold I was charged for every topping separately, now I don't care so much that I was charged and the guy told me wrong information, which is a problem, I was more upset that I would have added what I really wanted in my sandwich had I known that I pay for it anyways. Updates: so I tried them again since their bagels are so good, this time I went inside and ordered by the kiosk, very disappointed and totally unprofessional I cannot figure out their way of pricing, so I order 2 sandwiches, one cream cheese with vegetables and one sunny-side-up with vegetable's in the cream cheese sandwich each vegetable added is charged $0.35 in the Sunny side up sandwich each vegetable is charged $0.50, I attached photos so you can see, can anyone explain? Now they have this kiosk where you could walk in and order, but they only give you the option to pay with credit card you cannot pay with cash, so I asked the guy there that I only have cash how could I pay he said only by the drive-thru, but I told him I don't have a car so he told me I should walk, totally insane, so I have to walk and stand outside where the cars are to pay with cash. So I went to order a breakfast to go with a Sunny side up, I attached the picture it was all black on the bottom and sides totally disgusting, now the worst part is that you can never complain they will always tell you how I am wrong, so I showed it to the worker there so she tells l me it's cuz of the potatoes were on top of them, this is such a low level of customer service beyond anything, she's going to make me feel like I'm stupid, so I showed her the whole bottom is black so then the guy who made it comes and tells me it's cuz they just cleaned it, oh so when you clean it you get black dirty eggs that was so reassuring, so it was obviously probably poisonous to eat, I have to beg her to admit that she wouldn't eat something like this till she refunded me the money,...

I am currently washing clothes across the street, I drove here but because of the snowfall I decided to walk across the street to grab a bagel for breakfast. It was my first time at Hot Bagel and although it was drive thru only (which I only realized when I walked in), I was still treated like a customer. They were kind, understanding and welcomed me with such a pleasant demeanor and allowed me to purchase my breakfast even without my car given the circumstance. Very impressed. They move the line along real fast. The only reason I go to the drive-through is. Takes about 45 Seconds to 75 Seconds for each customer to get their food and payment. The lady taking the orders at the drive-thru speaker system is super fast. You got to have your order ready. That way, she moves the line along.

Though you should know the pricing on the billboard is not accurate as they're constantly changing the price and things go up, so don't base the price off the billboard...
