The restaurant is a classic fast food place, tables are a little sticky etc. But the food wasn’t fresh and two of our items had a long hair in them. Not only did they not apologize when it was brought back to them but they didn’t even want to take it off the bill even tho it wasn’t eaten and was returned with a hair in it. Any place that cared about their customers or reputation at all would at least apologize and definitely not charge for something that wasn’t returned because of such a thing. None of the employees wear a hair net even the ones with long hair. That is not sanitary.
** When I went after to say something to the manager he was rude and said it must’ve been ours but how would a long hair get inside the sandwich. And he said he took it off the bill but that was only after we asked which we should not have been necessary. I am not from here, maybe health code does not apply...

Ordered cheese tortellini in Alfredo sauce. I saw it put up to the pass in marinara sauce. I mentioned to the person bagging it to check if it was the correct sauce. She sent it back as it was incorrect. The guy who made it seemed upset that he had to make another one. 10 min later they had a "NEW" correct pasta ready. Except it was the most over done disgusting orange stained color pasta I've had. They washed off the marinara sauce and just recooked it in the...
Read moreI recently visited this pizza place, and my experience was disappointing. The menu listed a pizza pie at $21.99, but when the bill arrived, they charged $27.99. When I brought it up, they claimed the menu hadn’t been updated—a clear display of dishonesty that left me horrified.
The decor is simple, with no background music to create any atmosphere. The screens don't work. On the positive side, the place was fairly clean, but if this were New York, it would probably earn a B rating at best.
Overall, the experience felt lackluster, and I doubt I’ll be returning...
