Its filthy at this location. There are horrible employees with no concern for customers. No one is trained. They dont even know what flavors they have. It smells like a bathroom extremely bad in here as if they use toilet water to mop the floor. I've been waiting 15 min for a large cone with sprinkles and I'm nauseous from the smell. This new location has gone downhill since it opened.
No reason I had to wait an hour to get my simple order of ice cream and then to be told that they ran out of vanilla. In addition to that, the seating in the back would be great, if it was cleaned up. The tables and floors were sticky and the trash cans were overflowing.
