I would give this place a zero star if it were an option. This may turn into a long story and I apologize but I hope it will help some people save their hard earned money and go elsewhere.

I live close by and this place is one of the only options for a quick snack. I frequent it often for convenience, cheese fries and the polar swirl. The triple digit times I have visited over the years has guaranteed only inconsistency in character of employee and food quality. This overall existence recently reached a triumphant peak and I had to communicate with the community my story over a two day back to back visit. Again I never know what I'm going to get but recently it has gotten so bad.

The night before last I pulled in and ordered a meal and a Polar Swirl. As I pulled up to the window I was quickly handed my drink and swirl and then was told that my food was cooking and it would take 3 minutes and that I should pull around and await my food. It always seems that the swirl is presented first so as to melt while you are waiting for food. I wonder who trains these people in the art of customer and food service?? I handed back the swirl and asked that it be made over once my food was finished cooking as it was just going to sit in my warm car and melt. A confused look was returned and they took my swirl back. Am I the only one that would give my guests this moderate amount of forethought and consideration?

I pulled around and after quite a few minutes, no big deal, I was just thinking of what my swirl would have looked like had I kept it in the car waiting. Once my food arrived, served by, please excuse me as I appreciate the hard pride swallowing position a grown man must be in working at a fast food joint, a slovenly human with a ridiculous mustache, I immediately noticed the large puddle in the center of my swirl as he left me at the curb.

The moment I rolled up the window I smelled it. The chili on my cheese fries. I always order cheese fries "just cheese" and 50% of the time they dump chili all over them. Now I take my chili cheese fries and melting swirl into the store, is this getting utterly comical yet, and ask them for "just cheese fries". I order this all the time so trust me that I'm not the one being in attentive. I anticipate the mistake by now! I also wait to see if they realize my swirl is now a puddle and do the right customer service based thing and replace it. Guess what?? No pride equals no care. This is the food SERVICE industry. My goodness. I leave with a thoroughly disgusting meal. Yeah.

I go back tonight for one of my favorite treats the polar swirl. When, rarely done right, they are tasty. I know how much they cost so I leave the house in my pajamas and grab four single dollars. I pull up to the drive through and order my Oreo polar swirl. Price $3.49 plus tax. They always say you will have your total at the window. Low and behold it is the Hitler mustache guy. He asks if I ordered the corn dog nuggets, which is what I ordered last time, so it left a mark, but I said no that I ordered the Oreo swirl. He then proceeds to tell me the total is $4.26 give or take to which I replied how do you get to $4.26 from $3.49 and that it seemed like a lot of tax. He then told me how they must have just changed the board and yada yada. I informed him that it was illegal to advertise a price and then charge more. To which he said "Get the hell out of my drive through". LOL Can you believe that?

There are two sides to every story but trust me that I view everything neutrally until it becomes so ridiculous that action is required. I drove around and entered the store with my four dollars where one of the other employees eventually stepped up to try and solve the problem. At least this person had some evolved characteristics unlike the middle american slob at the window. Even still he tried to defend the machine that told him it was $3.99 plus tax. All of this while on the huge board above the register counter is the polar swirl is plainly priced at $3.49! Finally after an epic UFC cage match he...

Horrible horrible service when I went to drive through I was told to pull to the front of the building to wait for a part of my order I waited for 10 minutes then went inside and asked what the problem was they didn't even know about my order so they said we're making it now which took them another five minutes I asked for my receipt they said they gave me one wish they didn't and the nonchalant we don't really care that we made you wait this long for your order attitude of all the employees there tells me I will never return to this place I gave it one star only because there's no other option if they had a minus star I would certainly give...

Great place to go to make sure to try their chicken and waffles they're very delicious and yummy. And also their root beer float. Last type I been their there was this nice lady that gave us great service! And also told us to fill out this survey on the receipt on are experience their. And said that she's competing for a contest, so if we fill out the survey and give her the code after where done doing it, we get to pick any ice cream we want so I tried the Reese's peanut butter ice cream sundae. It was so delicious I felt like I wanted to pass out! I encourage anybody to come here their is a KFC inside it. And they've great burgers...
