I've seen this location close at different times every night if your open till 10 why are you closed at 9:30pm and like today my wife stopped by at 9:43pm to get no answer at the drive through and no answer at the door but she could see them cleaning and turning lights off. I had my own experience where I was charged 35 dollars for a family 12 piece bucket when I asked why I was charged extra they told me it's because I changed chicken pieces and I told them that's fine then so he ran my card then a few minutes later cane to the window to tell me they are out of traditional and extra crispy this was at 8:45pm so obviously I was upset because I had already paid and paid extra and they where out of the only two styles of chicken I like. So they gave me 15 pieces of the cold chicken they had left. Get a new manager please!!! UPDATE- During the day the service is great fast and correct but don't plan to come here at night till these issues are fixed. Update 7/16 they made my wife sit in the drive through and told her they where short staff and closed at 9pm instead of 10pm, they sold food to the three people in front of her while she sat there waiting just to get out of the drive through I called and spoke with Tony who was disrespectful and did not care that she had been sitting there in line without a order while everyone else was getting food we will be lucky if we can find another place to order food tonight, get it together KFC I'll be calling...
Read moreThey left me out front waiting for 20 minutes. I finally requested a refund and they told me they can't do refunds, "it's impossible". Can't and won't are not the same thing. The employees kept ignoring the request and tried to shove the food at me over and over and pretend I never asked for a refund.
When I asked for a receipt to give corporate the receipt number for a refund, the supervisor on duty tried to ring up a new receipt that wasn't even paid. When I demanded my own receipt he told me he couldn't go that far back. (Maybe 5-6 new orders had been placed). Then he's trying to tell me the employees said I yelled at them and "it's on camera". Bro, I may have spoken sternly or even let a cussword slip, but I never yelled, good try, check your cams then...
I won't be going back to any KFC after this. Filing a chargeback with my bank. They will pay more in fees than they would've if they just refunded me.
UPDATE: The owner called me the following day and apologized. Apparently his policy is to not give refunds, however he expected the workers to use their discretion or maybe ask him in a situation such as this where the customer didn't even get the food. Read moreI'm not usually a big fan of KFC but I just had a hankering for some fried chicken and didn't want to cook it myself lol. Came here late in the evening, drive thru was quick; I asked for thighs but they didn't have any ready so they offered breast instead unless I wanted to wait - I didn't lol. Usually I'm worried that breast comes out too dry, but it was good. Overall service was friendly, the order came out accurate. I needed to wait anyways for fresh fries, and had to pull around - they came out very quickly, I was not made to wait long at all. Quality of the food was good for fast food - also love that it's attached to an A&W, got the hubby a burger since he doesn't like fried chicken and I'm delighted that I didn't have to make a second stop to do so. Only thing that I had to roll my eyes about was the soda - wanted Dr Pepper, they only had it available in a bottle, and I was charged extra for it because it was a bottle. I think if that's your only choice, I shouldn't be upcharged for that. Not my fault you had to make room on your fountain for yet another new Mtn Dew flavor (🙄)...
